Hotel was poorly maintained and not clean. Front desk staff was nice and helpful, which was appreciated.

The room was extremely dirty. Considering our country is in the middle of a viral pandemic, you’d think they would be going above and beyond to clean. The room was filthy! Ants everywhere! Luckily we brought our own disinfectant wipes (because of the coronavirus). So we had to clean the whole room before we could even settle in for the night! We would have left, but it was late and we had already paid for the room online.

Just what we needed for what we were doing. It was fine

The hotel is only 15-20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Perfect distance for me. The staff was awesome. Really friendly and professional. After driving 5+ hrs we ended up getting there before check in. They allowed us to drop our bags in the room. Well there were some issues with the room that made it seem like whoever checked/cleaned the room after the last folks that staid didn’t do their job in fully cleaning and preparing the room as well as notifying the office of the issues. The lady and gentleman at the front desk were apologetic and got me a new room instantly. The only other downsides were no ice machine and no hairdryer in the bathroom. Which you don’t think about until you don’t have it. Also, no cleaning service came through at any point like what happens at most hotels.

Great business hotel - location was really good - priced right - friendly staff - coffee in the AM - food if ones eats breakfast. Quiet location - rooms good size - I recommend

The phone, lights, bath did not work. I got bit by something in my bed and killed a roach. I would appreciate someone from the hotel and Orbitz returning my call. I don’t intend to pay for these accommodations. I did not stay there.

The hotel had overbooked and gave away our room, then tried to send us to a sister hotel which did not have double bed room. We ended up getting a room with Tywin beds that were not made. The room smelled bad and no coffee maker. Bad experience overall for $100 price tag!

The staff person at check in was great. The room was not so good. There were ants in our room on the credenza and something was in my bed and bit me at night. The room smelled and the carpet was dirty. I would not go back despite the good location and reasonable price.

Two extended stays on opposite side of the street. Had to drive to the other one to see our reservation, The lobby on the other side was hard to find and the attendant had to come out of the office and flag us down after going around the building twice, The Room was adequate but there were no glasses, no ice machine in the building and the breakfast was energy bars but the coffee was good. It was the less expensive stay in the area at $84. I would go back if all other hotels were more expensive because I would know what to expect.

Better than most inexpensive place. Staff was great, specially Patricia, she used an app to communicate with a Spanish speaking guess. Loved to see she made an effort.

This hotel only offers housekeeping if you stay 7 nights. If you stay less, you have to pay for housekeeping. We just wanted clean towels and were told they were out!

Its not terrible for the price. The staff is friendly and was fairly quiet. We had to reclean the bathroom when we got there and it had an odd smell. Febreze covered it up. Comfortable enough considering low price and good location. Uber to downtown from here is around $15.
