The check in process was quick and no bedbugs but unfortunately the other reviews are correct. Our room was either heavily stained in bathroom or just dirty. Also, though room was advertised nonsmoking, clearly from smell as well as cigarette burns on blankets, it was at best only recently converted. Also, highway noise for our room was loud all night long. The price and location led us here as $150 is pretty unheard of in Nashville. It was near East Nashville brewpubs which was nice. Know it’s been a tough year for hotels but buyer beware on this one. We’d pay twice as much next time.

The air conditioner didn’t work , there was no microwave or fridge in one of the rooms , no towels or toilet paper in the other they both smelled horrible . The parking lot was infested w drug dealers and hookers . The police did a raid at 2 am .

DANGEROUS PROPERTY. I stayed a couple of nights there and it seems to be a home or haven to drug addicts who do nothing but argue violently all hours of day and night. I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car outside even when locked. The surrounding gas stations are filled with people approaching yoy for money. Very unsafe

There were roaches & other insects in my room. Customer service ok.

It was dirty, holes in the walls between rooms were plugged with toilet paper.

There was a power outage due to a storm that blew through so I stayed at another hotel.

The room had dirt bugs cobwebs and unfinished drywall and mold one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed we refuse the first room had to take a second one that was slightly better than the first due to overbooking

Very close to the highway and truck noises are constant and loud

Awful hotel bad neighborhood but good air conditioning not able to get in the pool due to neighborhood kids in it all the time

There was nothing but degenerate trash around the area, there was a manifestation of ants in the room. I should get my money back seeing as I stayed one night because it was too horrible to tolerate. If your trailer park or ghetto trash and a crack head/gang banger then this is the hotel for you!

This hotel needs a LOT of work!! We had a hole in the outside wall next to the heater/air conditioner that you could see out of, the shower slanted downward toward the front with what felt like two 2x4's under it to help which only served to cause a bump and water to pool between them, the bathroom door didn't shut because it was too big to fit into the space any longer, the handle on the bathroom door was falling off, the toilet wouldn't flush, and most importantly - the room was a non-smoking room and it smelled so bad of smoke that our eyes burned and my husband could smell it on our clothes when we got home the next day! ABSOLUTELY do NOT stay here if you want to be comfortable and enjoy your stay!!!

Bed was like sleeping on cement. Surrounding area was very unkept.

Good for the price, but few improvements can be done like room fixtures should be in proper place. Wall paints and minor blemishes should be fixed.

There were bugs in the hotel room. The location was good. Price ok but the bugs was very surprising. There were bugs. Bugs there are bugs. Breakfast was limited. No juice

The hotel is in a very unsafe area and I was scarred all night that something bad could happen. The room was clean but all the furniture were in a bad condition. There was no iron nor iron board in the room but the guy at the front desk was kind enough to give one that he had with him. price when compared to comparable motels like Red roof are expensive for such a location.

Very dirty and very uncomfortable bed. Dead bugs in drawers and cigar burns on sheets. Nice people running the place though.

Building is the worst! Almost falling down. Furniture was worn out!

The hotel was close to Broadway and half the price of other available hotels. That is where the perks end. Our room was not clean, particularly the bathroom. The towel rack was ripped off the wall, and the main door was installed so poorly there was an inch gap on the side opposite the hinge. The lock somehow reset daily so we had to get a new key every day. Our room was right out front, allowing us to experience what it'd feel like to sleep directly on the interstate. All of this would be manageable if we didn't have some lady beating the living hell out of our door every morning at checkout. There was no "do not disturb" sign and when we asked the cleaning lady to leave she would get loud and angry. We like to sleep in and relax without some crazy lady beating on our door AND WINDOW waking us up daily. The front desk staff were more friendly but not by much. To top it all off, the advertised "continental breakfast" was merely coffee with cereal or toast. There was a waffle maker that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months and a microwave with nothing available to put in it. The "butter" was a tub of generic margarine set atop the counter in front of the toaster. Overall this was a horrible hotel located in a highly undesirable neighborhood with angry, rude staff. The best thing was price and proximity to Broadway.
