The Club Hotel is a pleasant stay on the road back towards the woods. A little dated, really clean not difficult to enjoy myself.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here for the cost. Spend an extra $30-$50 and go to the Marriott. The outside of the hotel is disappointing. The hallways and the inside of the hotel feel dingy. The breakfast was cold and gross. The inside of the actual rooms is nice. The beds were comfortable as well. If I paid $100 I would have given a good review. This hotel simply isn’t worth $150.

Staff was extremely polite and helpful. Especially Sylvia at the front desk. Her boss should give her a bonus like a paid week off that doesn’t go against her vacation time

Didn't like that there was no pillows for my grandson and the staff should care less. Told me the hotel has no extra pillows. I said its not extra its the pillows that should have been on the bed. They leave garbage in the room after cleaning and again manager could care less. Worst experience of my travels. Would never recommend to anyone you can do much better

I’d recommend this place to anyone going to see Nashville - it was clean, the staff were respectful and it was absolutely gorgeous in the court.

Decent hotel, nice breakfast, horrible customer service. If you book through s 3rd party, make sure it's correct because any change will be like rocket science. I wanted a king bed instead of 2 queens and they wanted an extra $150 for two nights! Antiquated policies that are not customer friendly. Will not come back, other decent places will actually try to accommodate you.

I liked everything about the property .. nice and the kids were happy with breakfast and everything

Quick overnight stay before a flight but we enjoyed beautiful, clean facilities. Bed was comfy and check in was nice and easy.
