Staff very nice an . There did seem to be a lot of footraffic around the parking lot

The room smelled very musty and the floor was damp everywhere. Obvious moisture issues even with the A/C and the fan on high.

This place is disgusting. First room reeked of cigarette smoke and had moldy shower curtain. Second room ALSO reeked of smoke and had random filth on the walls. The hiring process for the front desk must be very rigorous to make sure that applicants couldn’t care less about their jobs. Tried to cancel my reservation and they refused. Called orbitz who tried to get them to cancel and they still refused, claiming “it’s the weekend and the manager isn’t here to say it’s ok”. Called Wyndham customer support and filed a claim to get my money back, and have never heard back from them. Oh also the continental breakfast doesn’t exist, and even though it’s summer in Tennessee, don’t expect to use the pool, cause there’s no water in it. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had, paid for 6 nights, stayed for two.

Room smelled like wet carpet

We registered for a non smoking room. The sign on the door said it was non smoking, but the room smelled of smoke. The manager said he would spray the room with a deodorizer, but that would smell worse. The outside area was messy and in need of repair. We have stayed at this place in prior years, but it has really gone down hill, needs major cleanup.

It’s located next to the highway which makes it very loud and hard to sleep at night.

That last place in the word you should ever stay. Manger on duty Julie is very rude and does care about its customers. The hotel is old and smelly. Like a 1900s immigrant tenement apartment the hallways smell like random dinners being cooked. The rooms are old and outdated with 70s-80s furniture with stains all over them beds were uncomfortable washer machine was extremely loud water pressure was poor dishes were dirty showerheads barely had any pressure or hot water I can go on but you know this place sucks especially Mangement. Wrist experience I have ever had traveling. Nothing relaxing about this place.

The room was very newly updated and nice. My main complaint is the access into and out of the property.

Good customer service and clean space. Disappointed that breakfast was unavailable but understood that this was limited due to COVID-19.

was traveling cross country and just needed a place to lay our heads down turned out better than we thought.

Room was remodeled and nice. No room noise from our neighbors. The area near our room was pretty run down looking and a forklift was parked nearby with wood slivers from broken pallets laying across the parking area. The light fixture in the bathroom shorted out and maintenance never showed up to fix it over a 3 day period after repeated requests. In fairness they did offer another room but we had an infant and didn’t want to pack everything up to move.

The outside doesn’t look good but the inside is no renovating the whole new place

Was convient to the stores and dining but was secluded and three area was a little sketchy. Rooms were clean and needs were comfortable.

This did not look like the picture. There was a moldy spot in the bathroom ceiling. The whole room smelt like mold. The room was damp.. poor air conditioner. The TV had only 3 channels that worked. Not even kids channels. I won't be back
