This is a nice hotel and modern. Studio corner is about the size of a standard USA room. I would choose other 5 star hotels over this one in Naples because when compared to other places 5 star I.e. St Regis, W, Ritz is not comparable. I would give this hotel a 3.5/4 star. Staff is very nice and helpful but overall I would choose the other 5 stars in town.

A beautiful, modern hotel with central location. Great restaurants and staff. Very elegant.

The hotel was nice and the location was good- near the boats so you could visit the beautiful islands- But Naples was very disappointing- It is FILTHY. The reason we were there was to visit Pompeii and we loved that but Napes is dirty and does not feel safe.

We really enjoyed our one night stay, particularly because the staff was so nice and helpful. We were given an overview of the hotel and room upon arrival. Front desk provided a great recommendation for dinner and lunch the next day. Very close to the port and beautiful view from the pool. Would have been a 5/5 but pool water was not clean and the modern design is nice but not always practical. For instance, the bed was very firm (not great when you're on a plane for 11 hours from California), the bathroom light would turn off multiple time while showering and the sink was very shallow causing the water to splatter all over.
