We booked this hotel and upon check-in were told that our reservation was for their "annex building" and they would take us there. After a few minutes a car arrived and drove us to the "annex building" which was actually a completely different hotel ("Palazzo Firenze") at a different location altogether (~10 minutes walking distance, by no means next door...). The other hotel suited our needs, but we were disappointed that after having selected this hotel for the great reviews and location, we stayed at another hotel altogether.

Fantastic hotel!! Great service and super clean comfortable!!! Rested very well I am very picky and this hotel surpassed my expectations!

Friendly staffs, delicious breakfast, nice amenities Hotel is newly renovated however water was little bit tricky to control

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We needed help with a couple of things, and they were very responsive. The neighborhood is not all that nice, but the whole area near the Naples train station is a little rough.

Area not great but hotel is very satisfactory. Staff very attentive. Toliette and shower in same room as bed is somewhat disconcerting.

This hotel was lovely. The staff were welcoming and assisted us with our luggage and car. The room was spacious and clean. There is also a rooftop garden with a restaurant and bar, although we did not eat there. I would stay again if ever in Naples.

It was difficult to find, the staffs were ok.The room was comfortable but the bed was small.Breakfast was nice with a lot of selections.

I absolutely loved this hotel. Don't be scared off by reviews saying it's in a bad area. It's not. It's really well located close to the central train station. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations. It was super clean, the room was so nice, rooftop terrace was lovely, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things and would definitely visit again.

Staff was great and very helpful. Rooms were clean and a decent size. In a great location short walk to great food.

We stayed here just for the night because our train ride to Rome was early in the morning. I admit we're spoiled for luxury and posh areas. While getting to this hotel in a taxi from Sorrento, I thought "Eek, ghetto!" But once we pulled up to the hotel and a bellhop immediately said hello and took our luggage inside, I was greatly relieved...and surprised. The place is modern, new and very clean. Toiletries offered in the room were upscale. I admit I can hear a lot of the street noises from inside our room, but I didn't mind it. Overall we were comfortable.

Excellent location to explore Naples. Close to train station, metro and short walks to the better restaurants and the best Naples Pizza place Da Michele. Very nice rooms, staff excellent. Breakfast very good with excellent Napoli pastries.

We stayed two nights at this hotel which very close to the main station and everything. Walking distance to the supermarket and Naples most famous pizza "da Michele". Staffs were nice and very helpful. Love their breakfast too.
