Although the outside could use some modernizing the lobby and the rooms were totally renovated. Very comfortable room for a longer stay. Plenty of room, pleasant, balcony, jacuzzi. Would definitely come back here when in the area.

Great place to stay with very friendly staff.

Very unprofessional and expensive for the conditions of the hotel also has a funny smell

We loved the location, being able to walk to the Mystic Diner for breakfast, price was good for this time of year, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Water pressure was great. For being where it is, we found our room to be very quiet. We also found the room to be very clean, except the bathroom had a little staining in a couple of spots (mold maybe?) around the caulking, and some grime around the outside of the tub. But the inside of the tub was very clean. We liked the wide size of the tub too. I would stay again. Overall it was very pleasant.

The room was FILTHY!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! BEDS HAS DIRT ALL OVER THEM, THE COUCH WAS STAINED AND GROSS, THE CARPETS WERE STICKY - OUR SHOES WERE STICKING TO IT, AND WHEN I WIPED THE COFFEE TABLE AND COUNTERS IN THE BATHROOM THE TOWEL WAS BLACK AND FILTHY. ALSO HAD TO ASK FRONT DESK FOR A TV REMOTE, AND THE STAFF WAS LESS THAN HELPFUL WHEN CHECKING IN. HORRIBLE. DO NOT RECCOMEND STAYING HERE!!!!!

The first room had the towel racks ripped from the wall and left unfinished with a brownish mold. The hotel had a moldy odor to it. Looks like they painted over all the old holes and screws. Very poorly refinishing. They moved us to another room, less odor but still the update was just a paint over. Would not recommend or stay in this location

The hotel was in a great location but not worth the money. I paid 378.00 for a night there.

Great front desk staff!! Pool hours were very inconvenient as my kids wanted to swim in the morning but the pool didn’t open until 11am?

The pool was nice but cold

I was sent to a room that was NEVER cleaned. I told and SHOWED a photo of the room to the front receptionist who mentioned that I should send it over to the manager in an email. I got sent to another room that was in better condition; however, the room smelled awful and felt dirty, especially the bathroom. The wifi DID NOT WORK up on the second floor (had to come down to the lobby in order to be able to use their internet service). I departed the following day and realized that I never got my credit card back from the front desk receptionist when I checked in (she only gave me my ID back). I called the hotel immediately and spoke to someone regarding my issue. I asked if they could send my credit card back to my home in another state (when I in fact needed it on my trip). She said she needed to ask a manager if this could be done. The manager said that I would have to pay a $9 shipping charge/fee. Why should I have to pay for something that was not my fault? Extremely aggravating and frustrated to be treated with this type of service. First by sending me to a room that was not cleaned upon arrival after midnight was exhausting. Then sending me to a downgraded room from what I originally booked. Not having the wifi connection work up on the second floor and having to walk down into the lobby was annoying. Then asking me to pay for a $9 shipping charge to get my credit card back that the receptionist forgot to give me. As if that's not upsetting at all.

The rooms were not clean at all and very outdated.

on 3rd day they REFUSED to Clean our room, Make our bed...we had to argue with front desk to get clean towels

The location was perfect and close to all of the sites I wanted to visit. Also, with the diner being next door, that was very convenient.

Pleasantly surprised with our room for the money. The rooms are clean and a good size for a family. We had no problems using the pool with covid rules. The only negative is noise from the highway.

The staff were nice and professional. The hotel halls and room smelled of must and mold. The slider door was broken. The bathtub was cracked and dirty. The shower curtain rod was rusty.

Great place for a 2-night stay. It was cozy, clean and comfortable. Conveniently located near downtown Mystic. You can walk from the hotel to downtown; it's less than a mile.
