The rooms were spacious and we were close to a lot of places to eat and shop.

It was an ok stay. I didn’t like that the toilet looked dirty. I didn’t like that the channels on the tv were all fuzzy

Very rude front desk people. We arrived an hour before checkin but they told us our room hadn’t been cleaned yet! That was a lie. They made us sit and wait an hour to check in even though the room was ready. Room was not very clean, had piles of dirt all over the floor.

Got a Jacuzzi suite and there was no hot water to use the Jacuzzi. The shower in the morning really didn’t have any hot water. For the money you pay it definitely isn’t worth it. I wouldn’t recommend

Just the basics. Great location. No pool or breakfast due to virus. Comfortable bed. Clean room and carpet.

The check in process is very archaic compared to every hotel I've been to in the past year. It's all paperwork and required multiple signatures, copies of my license and also much to my dismay they required a 50 dollar deposit per room for incidentals even though I already booked and paid through orbits. If I had known I was going to have to spend an extra 100 dollars, I could have stayed at a much nicer place. Orbits needs to do better about making that kind of thing known our they need to add it into the cost up front.

It was a nice hotel and close to the beach and restaurants. I just wish they a bigger breakfast. We had a nice stay.

This hotel isn't all its made out to be for what I paid. I know I booked last minute, and I get that hikes up the price, but I usually book last minute and can normally pay less than I did here for a resort. It's summer, everyone wants to come to a touristy area, but seriously, this hotel was not worth $230 for one night! Especially when you know people who LIVE there (it's obvious) and are probably paying way less for a week.

Very unfriendly staff and that's all I will say about it

I checked in late only to find a group of people hanging out right by my room, they were VERY loud . When I got in my room the dresser draw would not close, the bathroom had hair in the tub and on the shower wall (nasty). The refrigerator was filthy I was not putting my sodas in there nor my left over food. I asked for a late check out upon check in and i was told NO. Housekeeping banded on my door right at 11am, I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.

Not only did we pay almost 200 for a room that wasn't even worth that money. Me and my friend were both charged! The furniture was dated and the carpets were filthy. Was not close to the beach at all. Front desk staff was rude and very loud parties throughout the night. Housekeeping lady was very nice tho.

Comfortable stay for us. Location near places we were interested in going to at the beach.

It was alllllllright. The mattress was comfortable. Everything else was faulty in some little way or another. It's an older hotel so there was a little mildew in the bathroom. There was a slight smell. I slept next to the air conditioner (not by choice - there were four of us and an adult had to protect the kids from being blown on all night.... that was me.... and it wasn't pleasant.) The staff was okay. Nothing to write home about. Breakfast was weak... and crowded... and there were only two mini-tables that one 6 person family took up...so we kind of stood around. They were out of plates when we got there so I made my waffle and ate it out of my hands. (They did have ONE waffle maker... waffle maker = bonus for me! Love them! But only one meant there was a long line. There were many people there and one lady was lining up 3 waffles for her kids so I gave up on getting another one for my friend. My friend's daughter had biscuits and gravy - so that would be good, I think, if you were into those. Long story short, breakfast was slim pickins', crowded, and no seating space. But the mattress was comfortable. I hang my hat on that. :)

Our room had roaches. At first they acted surprised, then it was possibly the rain because there was a bad storm. Lady bye, be accountable, get an exterminator, don't insult my intelligence, and make it up to me. The roaches need to pay for the room as well.

Hotel was on main road with plenty of shops food and entertainment. Pool was on small size but was perfect for kids. Some minor issues but for price those are expected. Would stay here again.

This has been the busiest season ever, rooms are soldout every single night therefore its almost impossible to offer an early check in. When you're rushing housekeeping, you get a dirty room. IF a room is ready early we always let people check in early.

We're sorry you were disappointed with your stay, however Orbitz clearly states there is a refundable security deposit taken whenever you book on there site. As far as our check in paperwork, we get lots of hurricanes in SC so it comes in quite handy when all the computers go down.
