I enjoyed my stay very much but remained quite busy,it was exactly what i expected.

We purchased an ocean view thinking it was ocean front: we were given a corner room that when in the room, you didn’t see the ocean, you had to be out on the balcony. The pool was cold the entire stay: the ocean was warmer. The food truck isn’t worth the money: we got cheese sticks that were fried so hard that there was no cheese in the middle. Sarah a nighttime staff was very rude with many interactions. Once telling my partner that it wasn’t her job and he’d have to go to a manager the next day when accidentally choosing premium Wi-Fi. The breakfast was mediocre and the same thing every day, when I said something to the front desk, they shrugged it off and said I should have gone somewhere else. The thermostat in the room only went down to 65 and got warm in the middle of the night and a male manager said there was nothing he could do about it and they had no fans. Our room originally didn’t have several towels: on requesting new towels, they smelled like a barn. Just sad that our stay was so ridden with problems being that this was supposed to be a “nicer hotel”

LOVED MY ROOM!!! Showers / bathroom was perfect!! Unfortunately someone came to our room stating there was a noise complaint. We were not loud at all! The only noise was the tv and it was BELOW a medium volume. This completely ruined my stay. I don’t like being told I’ve done something. Wrong when I haven’t.

Even with the whole Covid thing, the staff did everything possible to help us enjoy our stay. I've never seen Myrtle Beach so empty, but everyone there did their absolute best to make our visit the best it could be.

Didn't like pool in parking garage out of the sunshine. But rooms were very nice
