Property was in a great location. Pretty views. Room was ok. Jacuzzi tub was not clean. Bugs in tub and on window seal. Room had a weird smell. Staff was kind.

It was great. Very peaceful

The community is a little sleepy, so with that said I felt $199.00 a night plus a $23.00 resort fee is a little overpriced. The location is good but there is no fine dinning to walk to, the bike path is right there and is great but.....

The staff was amazing, the setting was magical, the room had some nice amenities. However when I went to bed I noticed black lint between the sheets, A table in the room looked old and rusted, dirty.

Very friendly staff. Everyone followed Covid protocol. Facility was clean.

Large room, very clean, friendly staff. First class all the way

Had wine on their balcony & watched the sunset then sat in the huge, in room jetted tub for a wonderful evening.

Nice place to stay, Friendly staff and good location.

Beautiful room, fireplace, hot tub , view of the water. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Will be back again!

Very quaint hotel on the water next to a private Marina.

Great place for a little getaway! Clean room...great jacuzzi & fireplace, friendly staff. Not located in a huge town...but lots of great restaurants around! Would stay here again for sure.

Nice rooms and a dog friendly place with very nice staff. Our only complaint was they only have one very small luggage cart so if you have a lot of stuff to move keep that in mind. Fortunately, it's a pretty small place to moving in/out isn't too bad. The room itself was very nice, Jacuzzi, a gas fireplace, dual-head shower and a great deck looking at a harbor. It has a very high-end feel. I would stay here again!

There are no elevators so if you're handicapped or have a hard time getting around and going up steps, please keep this in mind. The brief room description says nothing of a sofabed, so we were under the impression there would be two separate rooms and two beds, but there was only one bed, and a very uncomfortable sofabed. There was a jacuzzi in the middle of the living area, full kitchen, nice shower, nice bathroom. Second floor view of white lake was great. We were issued 2 keys, only one worked, we repeatedly had the front desk "fix" it and they kept saying "its your fault, keep it separate from a cell phone" however we always kept it separate and our keys never worked at the same time. They don't have rooms with 2 double beds, only one bed in a room. The sofabed was torn & the cushions were stained. The mattress on the pullout couch was about 4 inches thick. Not comfy whatsoever! Someone in our group took a jacuzzi the night before we left, and the next morning there was a thick brown sludge all over the bottom of the jacuzzi. Luckily the shower has 2 shower heads on opposite ends which was nice. Not worth the price we paid, would be ideal for a small group

The check-in went well. I did call them to notify them of our late arrival, since I had read in other reviews, they were known to not hold rooms if you're late. The room was clean but run down some, torn wall paper on the wall and the air conditioner was on it's last leg. Upon check out, the girl at the front desk was very unfriendly and the Orbitz rate that I was given was 80.00 per night and she tried to charge me 115.00. I had my Orbitz confirmation and showed it to her and she argued with me that it was the off season rate and with it being Labor Day weekend she had to charge the peak season rate. She did finally change the rate to 80.00 but was not happy about doing it.
