It’s beautiful and probably the cleanest place I’ve ever slept at.

It was extravagant and beautiful! Very unique and it a a wonderful experience!

We had a great time! staffs were so friendly, building and decoration/design was beautiful!

Nice place, tv didnt work either wifi. Beautiful plce

Nice property, high end furnishings, friendly staff, but a lot of small oddities. Main issue was inability to maintain comfortable temperature. No working central A/C. Small window unit not enough. No screen in window. Some windows without blinds too, so couldn't control light entry either.

This Inn has the charm of an old farm yet the beauty of an old German inn. The lobby has wonderful wood panels through out and a massive stone fireplace. The rooms are also a bit quirky and idiosyncratic and yet beautiful. The contact person (Apple) is always helpful and pleasant. The countryside is breath taking. This is definitely a place that I would recommend to any of my friends and actually have done so.

This was certainly an interesting experience for me. The overall feeling I got while there was one of peace and quiet which is what I needed. James seems to be passionate about the place and the history that it contains - articles from old NY that do add interesting touches. However, it's like...it's not finished yet. And I think that's a known thing and they are working on it. When they are done, I believe this place will be quite awesome and in line with what they expect it to be. Examples: The wine bar for tasting isn't open yet, I ended up moving rooms due to a window not having curtains (but they're on order) and some excited neighbors, my fireplace wasn't available yet, not all the lights/switches worked in my bathroom, and the window in the bathroom needs some quarter round or other trim to hide the gap between the tile and current trim. Just these kind of little things that need a bit of attention. Altogether a good experience and fellow guests were friendly. I like the common breakfast area idea and believe you'll have a lot to offer in the future!
