Checked in the first room & the toilet was defecated all over, called the receptionist and explained this to her. She gave me another room, same issue, toilet was urinated all over. Came down to receptionist, showed her pictures, all this with in 10 minutes of me checking in. Asked to speak to general manager “ Maggie” but she was to busy smoking & hanging out outside of hotel. The receptionist did her best to apologize for any inconvenience. However do not stay at this hotel!!!!! It’s dirty dirty dirty. It was late so I tried a third room, the bathroom was clean but the covers had dark stains. Went downstairs in the morning to speak to the manager and the extremely rude receptionist for the morning shift asked me “ what I need her for” I explained to her my issue and she told me “ oh, your the guy complaining about the bathrooms, well what you want to speak to her for? “ at that moment I told her nothing and walked away. Stay away from this run down place!!!

If you're not going to have breakfast included, admit it. Don't pretend to offer what you don't.

Room was clean. Shower was great...good deal for the price.

It was clean..room was average, staff was nice. Not many amenities right now but that is because of pandemic safety regulations

I passed by twice; roadside signage wasn't distinctive/noticeable. Clean & quiet. Present social conditions make evaluation difficult.

They charged my wrong credit card on file. Front desk staff at check in isn’t trained enough.

Shower and bed ok. ran out of kleenex. paper cups cheesy. Room smelled bad and carpet in room appeared dirty as did all the dark brown wood surfaces which had smudges on them. The staff was vey unfriendly, disheveled in non matching t-shirts upon arrival. Sorry to interrupt your staff conversations with each other! And, took a deposit to my cc to hold and it better be released as I was further insulted. Elevators have odd and cheesy paper stickers in them. I heard creaking upstairs. Coffee flavor not good oatmeal too soupy.

No wifi, broken elwctric plugs. I hate sheet sheets that dont fit so you wrestle wirh.
