Great location at a good price. Close to subway and old city

No frills, but good value for the money. Clean. Comfortable. Good location. Recommended parking nearby.

Best Price and great location, you can walk from there to places of interest

I just spent three nights at this hotel, and I couldn't be any happier. I am a very demanding traveler, and this is one of the few times when I have to admit that a hotel has everything on my checklist: clean; great location; great staff; comfortable; affordable; secure parking. The hotel is centrally located, very close to restaurants, shopping, and just a short stroll to Old Montreal. Upon check in, the staff was very polite, cheery, and welcoming. The staff changed at different times of the day and night, but each shift was equally nice, always polite and helpful and welcoming. Since I had a car, I was given a garage pass for the indoor parking garage around the corner, a very secure indoor facility that cost only $16 Canadian each day, a special rate given to hotel guests. The room we had was a Superior Double, with two beds and a couch. The room was huge and extremely clean, and the beds were very comfortable, I slept soundly each night. The bathroom was very clean. When I explored the hotel, I found a real surprise in the basement. It is made to resemble a Medieval wine cellar. It is absolutely striking, has comfortable chairs, tables, and a billiards table, and I enjoyed this room tremendously during my stay. And, the nicest part of my stay was that I got all this for a very modest price each night. If I had to find any fault, the toilet paper and facial tissues are not the best quality, but this is nitpicking. Great hotel, highly recommended.

Exactly as I thought it would be. What you see on their ads is what you get. Very warm and hospitable staff, proud of their city and helpful with recommendations for events and dining.

We were amazed at the beautiful room, the nearby indoor parking and the perfect location We could walk to lots of attractions and the metro station. The basement is a super place too.

great location and hotel staff. a little worn but clean and comfortable.

Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, centrally located to most tourist sites.

The staff were very friendly & helpful which we found most Montreal folks to be. They go out of their way to be helpful & friendly. Our room was clean but still an older hotel with lots of 'miles on it.' The a/c was a noisy small window unit. The bed was quite good. One bottled water is furnished on your arrival date & from then on $1.00 each which is not what their room amenites section says.

Great hotel! Very clean room and excellent customer service at all times.

Room was large with couch and bathroom was newly renovated. Very clean and staff friendly. Lost points because the bed was a little too firm. Location very good near many restaurants, metro and the airport bus stop.

great hotel close to Old port Montreal. Walking distance to everywhere.

It's a smaller and simpler hotel but it provides all what is required and it's at a very good location. It's close to the main subway/metro station that brings you to everywhere in Montreal. It's also close/walking to old montreal, china town, theaters, la vitrine etc. Can recommend it.

Hotel is next to a parking lot so that's a big plus in Montreal which is a pain for parking. Many other hotels you have to walk very far (I wouldnt think it's safe walking late blocks away from parking to your hotel). We took a room with a jacuzzi and I liked it. Comfortable and clean. They have a basement with a pool table and microwave if you need somewhere to hang. I would stay here again and recommend. We also walked from here to old montreal so the location is good.

Hotel was in a great location, clean & served our needs well. Room just has a small fridge & no breakfast, but that was ok because there are plenty of places around to get breakfast. Would return there again & highly recommend it. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay, not the Ritz, then this is your place.

The first thing I must advise for first timers to Montreal is park your car and use the Metro this hotel had assigned spaces in an underground lot, only a 1/2 block away. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the area, which helped when asking for locations of services. My wife and I felt very safe walking during the evening time and availed our selves every night as a side note to our walking experience, the hotel is in the middle of a very large university and the evening activities are bountiful, if you enjoy watching youth have a good time. The hotel had all the necessary amenities to make the stay relaxing, only the room are small and very clean, and you needed to look in corners spaces. I would return to St. Denis the next time we would visit Montreal or Quebec City. Thank you, St Denis Staff

Muy buena ubicación y un precio excelente. Nada extravagante pero cerca del metro, restaurants centro y viejo Montréal.
