I loved the staff-very helpful, and friendly. The property was clean, unique and overall a wonderful experience.

We loved the cozy and welcoming atmosphere, with the park just across the street and how walking friendly this location was. We greatly enjoyed our time here and our room was great.

Great homemade breakfast. Ability to purchase beer&wine. Great location between unique neighborhoods and bike friendly. Rooms were nice and hotel had plenty of character

The buffet breakfasts were very nice. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Excellent location right on the park and within a short walk to excellent restaurants.

Nice location across from beautiful park. On a Main Street but easy walk to shops and food.

Nice hotel across the street from a beautiful park.

Full breakfast which is nice to wake up to. Only three parking spots and area is limited to parking for residents. We were told to read the signs and good luck. We showed the front desk a photo of where we parked. Turns out on Monday it's a meter spot but nowhere in the sign does it say that and the meter is skinny pole against a building witha bike locked to it. Turns out the meters must be paid via smartphone. They should alert their guests of this option. They have a poster that says be careful and not get s ticket- how about explain what to look for. Seems like a tourist trap for sure. Bed was uncomfortable unless you like super firm and bouncy. Room was cute but smelled like it was cleaned with an old, mildewed sponge. Otherwise great location.

Nice, quaint hotel. Quiet, comfortable, clean room. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. No elevator so must be able to climb 3 flights if on 3rd floor. Our main issue was with parking. On street parking available but limited. We were constantly moving our car due to parking restrictions. Great area to stay.

We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were modern, well appointed, very clean, and comfy bed and pillows. Important attributes. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff attentive at keeping it stocked. Snacks available and we purchased a bottle of wine from the front desk and enjoyed it on the roootop terrace. Unexpected surprise. Across from a lovely park that had live music. Only challenge was the distance to Ild Town and attraction but used public buses and the metro which is a nice way to spend time with locals.

Right across from the hotel is Fontaine Park, a mini-Central Park with nearly as much diversity. The hotel is situated between the park and superb restaurants. They have a large variety for breakfast and have an open kitchen the rest of the day. They sell beer and wine which you can bring to most restaurants in the city as many have a BYOB policy. We come here again and again as a couple and as a family.

Generous and tasty breakfast that lasts till 10:30. Fridge/pantry is stocked up with food as well. The location is nice with lots of eating options once you walk/bike to the Mont Royal Avenue. Also, the Mont Royal metro on the red line is about 1/2 a mile walking distance from the hotel, and once there it is easy to explore the city. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, but the building might need a little more upkeep.

The place was spotless and charming. The staff were courteous and very helpful. The breakfast was elaborate and the fact that snacks were available all day was an added boon. The location across from the park is perfect in any season, and the high road two blocks away has everything one could want. Conveyance is nearby. I booked this hotel because I knew the general Plateau area to be the most charming in Montreal. The hotel's being so charming, quiet and comfortable was a most pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.
