Very raggedy, extremely tiny room. No light by bathroom mirror, stains on sheet cover / unclean room in general.

I was really hoping for a relaxing stay with my family, but this place was a nightmare. We checked out faster than we checked in! According to other reviews on travel sites, it's a transitional housing site for homeless people waiting to get section 8. I'm all for helping people better there lives, but maybe they could pick up after themselves at least. There was garbage everywhere, over flowing from the cans and bags on the ground next to them. There was food cartons all over the place outside of rooms as well, and on the ground in common areas. Our door had something stuffed in the lock, not sure what that was about either, and the windows looked like they've never been cleaned. The icing on the cake was the broke down car in the parking lot with sketchy people doing God knows what inside of it. It looks as if they're living in it, and not something I want to see for the money we're spending. The lady outside screaming profanity at herself didn't make us feel safe with a small child either. I could imagine this taking place at a motel 6 or something, but this place has "The Raddison" attached to the name, so we expected much better! I don't care. How close to the beach it is, my family's safety comes first!

The room was much more cramped and crowded than indicated in the picture. There was no working smoke detector in the room (wires sticking out of the ceiling where it used to be; this was a major safety issue). Shower/tub only drained very, very slowly. Our room was on the 2nd floor; kids were very loud, and running up and down outside the room, making the floor vibrate a lot. Adults were also making a lot of noise when we and our young children were trying to sleep. When we complained to the management, management did nothing to make them stop.

The room was clean. The hotel was under construction/remodeling it was very noisy. That was not mentioned during time of booking.

The hotel is in a really nice area only minutes away from the beach but as we were walking to our room I noticed some of the people look like they live there when we got in the room it smelled like cigarettes heavy smell then around midnight the room next-door to us the people there were arguing fighting around 2 AM we had to leave our room The man in the room next to us was beating a woman up yelling cursing banging on walls we spoke to the office they said that They would reimburse us and they never did come to find out they allow homeless people to take shelter there the homeless people have some kind of voucher to stay there not worth the money definitely not worth taking your family in a hostile environment Save your money find a better hotel

Clean and renovated property. Walking distance to the beach.

Newly remodeled nice amenities. The complementry breakfast had more than expected! Only slight downside is the rooms are a bit small, but not bad at all!

Came in before 2pm to check if early check in was available, was told that the room is not ready but a note was be added to my account to reserve a quiet room. Came back at 8pm and the room was sill not ready. Asked to wait for 10 minutes until the room is cleaned. Had to wait for more than 30 minutes. Overall the property is clean and newly remodelled.

The property was very nice and well maintained with one exception. We were in room 117 and the vent fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and needed replacement. There was no way to turn it off, as it was integrated with the light switch. The only other suggestion i can make is to put a solid door between the connecting rooms, as there was a very loud group of people in the adjoining room next to us and a solid door would have made a large difference in the noise coming from the other room. Otherwise no complaints.
