Property was well kept, clean, and beautiful. We attended a wedding and everything was immaculate.

The property was well manicured and clean. Staff was very pleasant.

The food was fair. Needed more restaurant choices. Too many lines. Too ambiguous for restaurant reservations. Could not make reservations for the Cabana. More entertainment needed for nighttime events.

This property has the full potential to be an amazing place of solace for those seeking a great vacation in the Caribbeans. Don't get me wrong, despite the items that I will list, we had a great time. Let me start with the pros: -Location was close to Sanger International, about 30 min drive -location plus, last to be picked up and first to be dropped off after tours/excursions -Danekka, Abigayle and Tracy made our trip worthwhile -Danekka was the front desk manager and if it weren't for her, and her promptness in changing our room, I quite sure that we would have left the resort and found accommodations elsewhere -Abigayle did her very best to take care of us every time we came down to the front desk -Tracy was the housekeeper that was assigned to our room and she was always genuinely kind, attentive, and prompt with any requests that we had -all in all, the services and the food were good at all the restaurants, the international buffet, to our surprise, had really great options, both for breakfast, lunch and dinner -bar service was always consistently good, friendly and fast -bar services and quality of the drinks were always consistently good as well -rooms had nice amenities, but need major maine

Staff friendliness

The staff was the best part of the stay. The hotel property isn’t kept up well. The construction of the building itself was poor. The room was mediocre and things were broken.

The staff was welcoming and assisted you with a smile, the check in-check out process was easy PLUS they made sure you were scheduled for your on-site COVID test in time for your flight back home. I particular enjoyed the Sangria at the Mix bar, Joyce and David noticed that my boyfriend and I liked the sangria and prepared small batches each night to be sure we had some for the remainder of our stay. Their attention to detail and conversation made my stay truly unforgettable!

The pools are beautiful. I really enjoyed the buffet, but the phone in my room never worked. That was very frustrating, and I notified the front desk three times, but it was never fixed during my stay.

The entertainment was good

The quality of the drinks were terrible!! The drinks are watered down at majority of the bars onsite. It was so bad that we bought our own liquor after the 1st day.

This is my 1st time at this site and I was not impressed. Poor overall customer service at the bar. There seem to be an issue with ice availability. Also, the drinks are watered down at all the bars on site!!!!

During my trip, November 6th- 13th 2020 I was to meet with friends and we all booked at the royalton white sands. Upon my arrival 2 days after my friends I learn that they were moved to the blue waters side WITHOUT being informed until check in. I arrive and the staff and manager of the Diamond Club tell me that there is no way for me to move my room because they have nothing comparable to the presidential swim out that I reserved for the 7 days of my stay. And that if I moved i would be downgraded to a lesser room in comparison. I decided to wait it out because the staff told me it was a short walk to the other side and I would barely notice. It rained for 3 days straight when I arrived. I noticed. And the lighting in their walkways was VERY dim so walking back after a few drinks and at night in the pouring rain proved to be difficult. It was only until I expressed my displeasure via an orbitz survey that they made an attempt to move my room to blue waters. I move over to blue waters into the least luxurious room that they have. The bottom of the barrel. They told me there were no swim outs nor presidential suites available and they did not even have the courtesy of giving me an “upgraded” “ocean view” room. I literally got the bottom of the barrel. The room was nice because the property is newer but I’d reserved the “swim out presidential suite” for my stay so you can imagine my displeasure after unexpectedly being split from my friends and not being accommodated properly.

Beautiful resort with beautiful beach and pools. very poor or no amneties present(shaving kit, toothbrush, slippers - all missing) We had the Diamond club which we found to be a total waste of money. Private bars were even poorer than the normal ones, serving was really slow. Also, we couldn’t reserve a seat to any restaurant even though this was included in the Diamond club facilities. It really seemed like a rip-off. the mini-bar had only two beers and a coke, the whole stay.

This resort was very nice. Pros: 30 minutes from airport, nice pools, lazy river, the food was good, drink amazing, clean. Cons: Diamond Club is not worth it, Room Service never answers the phone, rooms were smaller than average for all inclusive (especially the bathroom), slow service at restaurants. Overall the place was great, clean and relaxing. This place has plenty for adults as well as children. I think the highlight of the resort for me was the lazy river and the restaurants. I definitely would have liked to have a bigger room (Luxury Ocean View Room) but we weren’t in the room all that much so it was fine. Diamond Club Lounge is overrated. The workers are not very nice or helpful. It was nice there is a private area on the beach for Diamond Club members. I would come back to this resort and make sure I book a bigger room.
