Decent location but not the best. The property lacks some very basic amenities such as an ATM inside the property. You have to walk about 10 minutes for an ATM. The food was mediocre but a decent value for the price.

I loved everything but their drinks I feel like their drinks could be a bit better but I loved it here

The sheets were wet. I took a favor test at the hotel they put my Birthday in wrong

My husband and I loved everything about it especially the staff! We were celebrating our honeymoon and They were very friendly and stayed checking on us to make sure we were having a great time. A few that really made us feel welcomed are Andre aka Dr Fun Fun, Kawana, Winston, Oshane and Danine the poolside bartender. I already can’t wait to return!

I appreciated how clean the RIU was and how hard the staff worked to make sure everyone had a fun but safe time!

Getting Covid Testing/results was a nightmare. Hotel explain they are using a 3rd company and they are not responsible for it. Carla, the General Manager was wonderful! She was always there to help and made our experience better.

Hotel was beautiful staff is friendly and very helpful, also hotel is providing covid test at no cost which is plus.

There is no walking on the beach .need some maintenance on pedal boat

Property was well kept. beach was gorgeous and so were the pools especially the infinity pool every single staff member that I encountered was extremely nice and helpful. loved the staff would definitely go back just because of the staff. entertainment team so nice. special shotout to Spark was so nice and welcoming. Definitely did a great job at involving everyone in their activities. Ive been to many all inclusives and loved them but staff her was the best ever!

The property was very clean and the staff was very friendly. We like the location being close to the airport.
