Great property!

The property itself is absolutely beautiful. We loved our suite with the swim up pool, although there's a lot of dead space in the room itself. This resort could begin at a 4.5 stars but would quickly decrease once interacting with some of the rude staff, eating the food, while using wooden utensils and the not giving out straws with beverages. Not even paper straws. How can we properly cut through meat with a wooden "knife"? Seems as though they cut way too many corners for what they charge for this beautiful resort. I believe everything should match the prices they are charging. The food served from the 24/hour suite services was subpar. Not at all what we expected. For example, a Grilled Cheese served with 1 slice of cheese, not toasted, not even warm, was insulting. The food didn't match the pictures online at all. Some staff was just rude. We had to beg for a decent portion of food in certain areas of the resort. They served us kid size portions. Its uncomfortable to have to ask for more at an all inclusive resort, especially when the staff isn't friendly to begin with. One of the Jerk Food stations near the Ziva called Jerk Rootz was very kind & pleasant. Last but not least, for an ALL IN INCLUSIVE RESORT, we assumed alcohol would be accessible in our suite, however, it was not. Not 1 bottle of anything.The only way one could get an alcoholic beverage was at the bar outside which of course closed at a certain time. Disappointing for this all inclusive adult only resort

It may have been because of Covid restrictions, or because it was off season for them. However, this was the first all inclusive my wife and I have ever been to. They said they had 9 restaurants but they only had 4 open each dinner. One of which was the buffet. Only 2 open for breakfast one of which was the buffet. Lunch they did have at least 2 open and a few quick food stands around the pools. If you did not make reservations for dinner at one of the 3 , not buffet early in the morning then you would be stuck eating the buffet again. Reservations filled quickly. Also, I was expecting a few more snacks in the rooms. We arrived and had 1 every small bag of Doritos, no coffee maker, no cups. They did bring us a coffee maker and some cups after I called and requested. The mini bar had 2 red strip beers, 2 Diet Coke, 2 sprites, and 2 bottles of water. No other alcohol, and they would only replenish the mini bar if you requested it through the front desk. The did have an evening show every day that was posted on your in room tv. Other than that, entertainment was never posted it would just pop up somewhere. They had a QR scan at the lobby that they said would tell you what restaurants would be open each day. However, we were there 5 days and the QR reader was always incorrect. So if you really want to know where to eat you need to ask each day. Do not think that because it is on your room tv or on the QR reader a restaurant is open.

The food was really not great, it was hard to find amything edible from room service, my upgraded beachview suite was in disrepair, the pool water was unclean, the ladies from the spa were borderline harrassing about getting you to book an over priced treatment. I was able to relax and rest in the sun so the trip served its purpose but I will never come back here. I think some of this can be attributed to covid but not most. Either way, I'm waiting until my favorite resorts are open and running again before I make this journey.

We were a little nervous about what to expect travelling during Covid-19, but this resort exceeded all of our expectations. The staff made sure we were always having a good time. The drinks were strong and the food was great in the restaurants (buffet was just okay). Julio, Davian, Ronaldo, Mortimer, and Neil were the absolute best!!

We booked a adult only resort and The hotel was closed hen we got there and we got sent to the family resort. Everything was closed. Very disappointing. We spent a lot of money and didn’t get anything we booked. Orbitz is false advertising the hotel.

Terrible accommodation. The hotel staff were not reasonable and seem to be only concerned with money.

Even through the pandemic the service was excellent. Things were limited, like restaurants but the staff kept you very up to date on what dining options were available. we made a reservation every night and was able to at all restaurants at least once. There was 24hr room service with lots of options as well. There was nightly entertainment and the all the staff was very pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. I will defiantly return with my children again

I recently visited this hotel During this pandemic. Everything was great cleaning of the facility was outstanding. There was reinforcement of hand washing and wearing a face mask. The staff provided excellent service and the food was superb This was my second visit to hotel and I'm looking forward to my next visit.The only downfall is the mini bar is no longer stocked but they will provide bar service to your room.

This resort was very nice and staff was very friendly. We were a little disappointed in the fact that the pool on the family side was larger than the adults only side. During our stay the adults only pool was was so full we went over to the other side.

They had staff everywhere to assist your needs, take pictures of you or just simply to tell you have a great day! The place was amazing, beautiful and most importantly clean. The food was great as well and I’m a very picky eater. Wide variety but my favorite was the jerk hut!

Food was excellent. Lots of choices for restaurants and activities.

This was our second visit. We returned because the staff and food were great. We will return again.
