We loved the little island away form everything, we enjoyed that alot. The employees were very helpful and always ready to assist you.we would go again we had a great time

I didn't like the food choices. I was missing the shrimp, crab and lobster from experience corn is usually served all the time. The pizzas were good did not like the cheesecake the jerk chicken and pork were also good was turned off by the fish it had too much eggs, the fries were okay as well

Majority of the staff members were very pleasant . However, the staff of some of the bars and grill disregarded persons who were in the line when serving especially locals.

The vacation wasn’t as expected. I feel I paid so much money and it wasn’t even worth it. My room water was cold. So there was no hot showers. The safe in my room didn’t work. My AC was blowing out hot air. So the first two nights was very rough until they finally came and fixed the problem. Room service barely came to clean the rooms even when I called and requested them. They said somebody would be up and no one ever came. My room toilet kept getting clogged up and it would take forever for someone to come up and fix it. They were constantly out of things and not just for a day, but a couple. This include things like bread, certain products they use to make drinks, food like fish, popcorn etc. the ice cream they was serving was super soft, slips right off the cone and leaks everywhere. It was all a bit crazy. I was told as far as the rooms you just have to request to be put in the newer buildings and your have a better experience as far as the rooms go. Me personally, I really expected a better experience being all the money paid here. I don’t see myself staying here again next time I visit Jamaica .

Beach and pools are beautiful! Food 7/10. Tarsha at one of the bars is phenomenal. Half the staff looked and acted as if they hated their jobs. I arrived for check in around 9:30am well aware that check in begins at 3pm. Asked the front desk by chance if I could get an early check in. Lady at the desk said they had no rooms yet and I should check back after 1pm. Fine. She told us we could leave our bags in the bag room and we could go enjoy the facility and amenities. Totally fine. We did that! I had 2 rooms but in their system I only had 1. Had to search for my receipt from Orbitz to show I paid for 2 rooms, 5 guests total. Around 1:30om, we went back to see if there were any room available yet. Once again, told no and that they were waiting on housekeeping to get back to them with the status of our rooms. Fine. Check in begins at 3pm I'm asking for a favor here so what can I do right? Wrong! I watched them check NUMEROUS other ppl in who showed up AFTER me and watched them wheel their luggage off to their rooms. After 2pm, I went back to the desk. Any rooms available yet? Told no again they're still waiting on housekeeping with the status of my rooms while they accommodate other people. 2:45pm I went back. Same story. Finally got 1 of my 2 rooms AFTER 3pm. Got to my room, opened the door there's a lady who identified herself only as the building manager in the room inspecting!!! What??? Got the 2nd room about 2 hours later. Had a great time! Horrible check in experience!

The staff was good to us and the entertainment was good as well

The property itself is a bit old but we enjoyed the open space and the food is very nice! The Jerk hut is enjoyable, most unique is the island in the ocean that would only took a couple of minutes to walk to and enjoy the ocean by lying on the beach chair there!

This is the greatest place on the island to stay. Their beach front jerk hut is heaven on earth! I LOVE THIS RESORT!!!!

They provides a complimentary lounge for you after you checkout and a locker for your luggage. I also liked the island that you can just walk across to through the sea waters.

Great staff, food, beaches, and entertainment. Looking forward to my next trip.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The stuff was very caring and accommodating. The facility and everything around well kept and clean. We definitely recommend this resort to any family!

I like the property, clean and beautiful. Did not like that he wifi barely worked. Poor wifi connection

The most wonderful place to stay! They make you feel like family! We have stayed at this resort 6 times it feels like home❤️

holiday inn exceeded our expectations..it was a $30 taxi ride from the airport..check in took about 20 minutes..our room was in building 2 floor 4 facing the pool and entertainment stage..got to see all the wonderful shows right from our balcony which was pretty cool! spent 6 nights here and was able to enjoy all their restaurants..our favorites were Sorrento(italian) and Kenkos(japanese & have to pay extra $25 per person but was worth it)!! the jerk hut on the beach was also amazing..went there twice for lunch to eat jerk pork and jerk chicken! breakfast buffet every morning..the smoothie lady does a great job..we had lunch buffet and dinner buffet a couple of times as well it was very good! got to be friends with our waitress Camille..she was the sweetest lady..always went out of her way to make sure we were happy..always had a smile on her face!! we also ate lunch a couple of times at the barefoot grill..burgers and fries..very good..plus they have a nacho bar and ice cream hut on the beach too!! the property is huge and they have tons of chairs and huts so we never had a problem finding a place to lay out..the beach and water was beautiful and the ISLAND was very very cool...can just walk right out to it!! the drinks were plentiful and tasty..never having to wait to long to get them..lots of staff members always working and cleaning and saying hello..casino was cool..gift shop is nice...minature golf is nice!! the only thing that was upseting was it rained 3 days !

Wasn't able to use the paddle boats or kayak for some reasons staff wasn't sure to say why.
