Food and accommodations was horrible. The resort is very huge but needs updating and a face-lift.

Property is big and has plenty to do. But it’s old and needs renovation. My room smelled like toilet water the entire time.

Covid protocol was great. Everyone having to sanitize their hands and wear mask at the buffet lines was well followed!

Beautiful

The property needs to be renovated. The carpets are disgusting. The sheets are dirty. The pool is unclean. The utensils are rarely cleaned properly. This is my 3rd time at the resort and it gets worst every stay.

The property has a lot of potential. The rooms are outdated. I had cracks in the bathroom and missing fixtures and lose fixtures in the bathroom. Some staff members looked annoyed and we’re not very welcoming. There was no events to make the atmosphere jolly on days it rained. Be careful and bring proper shoes, I saw many people slip and fall in the hotel. Sometimes water was leaking from the ceiling in lobby on rainy days and it’s hard to tell if the floor is wet.

I likes the pool. It is lengthy and spacious to swim, play, or relax.

First of all I overall had an ok time at the resort. We arrived early for checkin. We were traveling with a person with special needs and it was extremely hot. They did not offer us a room in the interim. My family member ended up having a seizure. It was only after we complained numerous times did they give us a room. The staff at the front desk was VERY RUDE. After that ordeal the rooms were acceptable. Then we found out they do not have washcloths. We had to use a hand towel for bathing. I was taken back by that. I would like to mention two employees who made our trip better Falen was the best bartender and Latoya was a great waitress. They remembered Our preferences throughout the trip and always greeted us with a smile. This is our second stay at the hotel. I found most of the staff members to be short and rude when approached. The hotel in need of serious renovations.

Staff except cashier polite and helpful. Food plenty but lots not tasty but desserts good. Carpet in front of our rooms sickenly dirty. Loved the pools but nightly entertainment needs work.

It was just a great all around trip.

Grand Bahia Principe at Runaway Bay provided outstanding service and the staff was Excellent. This is by far my favorite vacation location. Look forwarding to my next visit.

The beach area was small and full of rocks but the pool made up for it.
