No rooms were ready when I got there and I arrived 15mins after the check in time.. When I finally made it to my it was not clean it even had food in the fridge.. I found one of the staff and asked could she clean my room and she did and she was very kind.. This establishment has went down in the last few years.. Mold and rust in the bathroom it also had a smell but once she cleaned it it was gone

I’ve travelled the world for over 45 years and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at during those travels. Not one single employer we encountered at the front desk showed any initiative, pride in their work, customer focus, etc. The room was in disrepair, brown water in the tub/sink, not one piece of equipment worked in the fitness center, front desk staff did not wear masks or request guests to wear masks, the morning breakfast was paltry and embarrassing, etc., etc., etc.

The front desk lady put us in a room that was directly in front of a light that shines directly into the room. It was so bright that you couldnt even tell that the sun went down and i had to use hair clips to help keep curtains closed so it didnt shine through. Many things in the room needed to be fixed and updated. The bedding had stains and the carpet was nasty to walk on barefooted.

Cleanliness was a big problem. Stains on the sheets before I used them. The wall had a huge crack that was half ass repaired.

Carpet had a lot of stains and wasn’t clean properly in the bathroom. Also found two dead roaches

Service was good breakfast area clean, room key lock system took multiple attempts before getting the green light to unlock!

We requested a 1st floor room because we were traveling with a dog. They put us on the 3rd floor. Our dog is afraid of elevators. It was hard to get her to go in the elevator. When checking out the person at the desk was very unfriendly and cool. I asked for a receipt and when I looked at it the amount we paid for the room was not readable. Also they say they are pet friendly but they charged me $50 for my dog. We will never stop at a Wyngate while traveling again.

Everything was great. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Excelkent breakfast.

This is one of the only working heated indoor pools in the area. I looked all over Shreveport and when I would call the other hotels they said the pools were out of order or their heater didn’t work. The only thing I thought could’ve been better was the cleanliness of the bathroom.

Room was spacious and very clean. Convenient to I-20 and nice eateries nearby.

The hotel had very nice amenities for gym and pool and breakfast. The room had damage to tub that was whited over and still could see rust. There was water damage in ceiling that seems to have been patched up. Room was clean otherwise and staff was great. Convenient to shopping and restaurants and for workshop.

Only issues was heavy traffic noise - not something they can control

They stay was fine, the breakfast offered was not.

Noisy air conditioner, bathrooms seemed to have mold painted over and horrible hot breakfast.

Great location and easy access to the freeway and restaurants. Bathroom was functional but needs repairs.

No bad things to say. Our stay was comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

Nothing outstandingly good or bad ! Just average !

We requested a 1st floor room because we were traveling with a dog. They put us on the 3rd floor. Our dog is afraid of elevators. It was hard to get her to go in the elevator.
