Convenient location, nice polite host, a quick check in. What else do you need.

internet not good and no breakfast staff could be friendlier

Very clean and comfortable place to stay. We came from Arches and Canyonlands National Parks about 1 hour away. Got out of the craziness of Moab.

We went there for the swimming pool but it had no water in it, so call first. No plug for bath tub. Mattress was really firm. Door was hard to close without slamming it shut. Also hard to open. It did give us a place to sleep. We wont stay there again.

Go to check in the guy at the front desk is obviously in a bad mood and is acting rude then tosses the key cards instead of handing them to me properly. We then go to our room only to find rules written about we can get the towels dirty and that we have to watch our water limits since they were in a drought apparently and if we did we would be charged extra which honestly made us feel uncomfortable already. Then i open the fridge to put my waters in only to find someone else's leftover food and a half drunken wine bottle which was disgusting. Then the heater was not working properly either considering the temperature was 26° that night. Then the next morning we go to eat breakfast only to see that all that was left was bread and cereal nothing else. I do not recommend this place next time im in Utah I will definitely be staying at a different hotel sorry.

My husband and I were there for a business project. Monticello is a very nice town, with very nice people! The hotel was clean and quiet with very pleasant staff. We'd stay there again.

Rooms were tidy. Location was good. Continental breakfast was pastries, hot and cold cereal, and boiled eggs. Hot tub was cold.

Pros: -swimming pool Cons: -the breakfast was very silly. (Bread, thawed eggos, milk in a jar sitting out unrefrigerated , juice unrefrigerated, boiled eggs sitting out, donuts and poptarts). -breakfast room was tiny with three small tables. Room was super stuffy -not enough parking in front of rooms -priced too high for what you get (paid $93.00 after taxes) -airconditioner ran poorly and could not keep our room cool -room didn't feel super clean

This is a very nice old-style mom-and-pop motel. Our room was large, impeccably clean, nicely updated, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. A good continental breakfast is included and was appreciated. We stayed here years ago, and when we are next in Monticello, we will definitely stay here again.

Female staff member was not polite nor helpful, she had office phone off the hook for hours, we walked to office and she was there and not on phone. Only place on our trip that internet never worked, we were told it was fine and that we must have made a password error. The PW was only 8 numbers long (2 sequential groups of 4), we entered it correctly numerous times. Tile in bathroom loose and dirty, dirty carpet, sink, tub, and bathroom floor had someone else's hair on surfaces. Disgusting.

Nice place to go! Good neghiborhood and highly recommanded!

Very good for the price. Clean, comfortable, and a friendly staff. Not the Ritz, but we'd definitely stay here again.

Big clean room.

Rooms were clean but was lacking in up-keep...i.e bathroom door and main door would not close properly.
