Our family lived this place. Huge room with 3 queen beds, 2 TVs, and a table. Very clean. Great views. Loved the hot breakfast.

Wonderful Hotel. Very good Hot Breakfast with a wide variety of foods. Great location 6 minutes from the Arches NP entrance. Comfy beds, very clean room. Construction near the entrance had no negative impact on our stay. Will definitely be going back many times.

The room was nice and had plenty of space. We thought the breakfast was very good.

I like this hotel. It was very clean the first time through. The staff is always friendly & responsive. My only concern for this trip was our room's bathroom light had the fan built in & it was super loud & clunky. There was no way to have light without the fan, so we just dealt with the noise. The bathroom had a strong B.O. smell when we arrived & all throughout the evening, but only in the bathroom. Not sure if we just got use to the smell or if it dissipated. Also, our room was not as clean as before. The headboard rails are super dusty, as well as the lamps by the bed. Normally, I wouldn't mention a bit of dust, but in our current culture i thought it was worth mentioning.

Was so happy to have a "real" hot breakfast with eggs & bacon! First solid meal we'd eaten in 2 days after traveling! Thank you!

The breakfast was great, grounds were nice. The driveway was a little hard to access with traffic

Great hotel with good amenities for a good value (off season). All staff members were very helpful- only one was not wearing a mask.

Very cozy yet spacious rooms loved the location downtown while also being right next to Arches national park

Nice place. We had two rooms and both blinds didn't work in either! I had to put a blanket up to keep out the outdoor lights and so no one could see in. Our friend in the other room, his blind was stuck halfway.

Looking forward to road construction being done in Moab, then would be able to walk more places. Plus traveled during covid, so that was a challenge.

Very close to Arches park entrance, fairly close to Moab downtown, convenient. The only downside was road construction next to hotel that made in and out from hotel by car pretty hard.

It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable

I have no complaints about the room or my stay. The room was clean and the beds very comfortable. Plenty of parking.

Hotel its self was decent. Road constructions in the area really caused trouble to get to the hotel. Wish there is a better sign

Quaint place to stay. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Loved this place!!! The room was clean and very spacious. A real breakfast! They didn't take the easy route due to COVID by giving a "grab and go" muffin like other hotels.. yet still had safety measures in place (they served us the sausage, eggs, potatoes, buscuits and gravy..). Friendly staff also. Will totally stay again on our next trip to Moab!

Good stay for a decent price. Still served a hot breakfast and the location was great.
