The bar was closed. The place was hard to find! The signs were not up, so it looked like the place was out of business. We drove past it twice and then finally took a chance, but I thought the place was closed. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was a grab and go bag due to covid. Overall not a great place to stay, but nothing terribly wrong either. It had an arcade for kids and the pool looked nice, but I got in late and didn't get a chance to enjoy it. The parking lot area was huge, but not many cars. I hope they get their signs fixed and the place cleaned up a bit and it will be a great hotel again.

Facilities were very outdated and substandard. It looked as though the facility had been partially renovated but needed a lot more work. Staff took frever to get people checked in. There was no elevator. Bar was closed. Tough to want to go back

Building was rundown, fairly clean but very worn. Room itself was fine. No outside sign, completely broken out. Musty smell in lobby. Staff was good.

Not bad not great. Front desk folks were very nice. Room lacked mini fridge/microwave which is pretty standard now so that was a downfall. Room was clean and comfortable but very noisy, I could hear the hallway doors opening and closing all night long and people talking both inside the hallways and outside the hotel clearly. TV was a bit small for how far from the bed it was, room could use some upgrades. Room was also not tidied up, bed made, towels and toiletries replaced etc. daily, but it was tidy on arrival. Pool area was nice and mini golf was a fun plus, but the chlorine smell was pretty strong. Hotel has a bar/restaurant but it was closed indefinitely. Hotel is convenient to gas stations, a couple of restaurants and I90. I would stay again but I would not consider this a 3 star hotel due to being dated, the noise, and lack of room amenities.

Pros: Pool was big, nice area to hang out, had mini golf for entertainment. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Parking lot was huge and near many restaurants. Cons: Neither key worked when we got to the door with our hands full (and they were not near my cell phone), When we got into the room, we didn't have a shower curtain - we had to go to the front desk and ask because the phone in the room didn't work to call them. The restaurant is shut down. There are two hot tubs which is great but they were dirty - bugs on top of water and film.

I like two-way access to our hotel room. I am seeing insects running around by the front door inside.

Honestly I didn’t know if we wanted to stay or not when we pulled up to the door! It’s very old & shabby looking from the outside and the lobby was very dark, but the room was clean & the beds were comfortable. The carpet was wrinkled & could stand to be replaced, although I believe they are doing renovations at this time. I never did find an ice machine tho, there didn’t seem to be 1 on our end of the 2nd floor…and no elevator to our 2nd floor room!

Loved the indoor record area and staff was great. Outside was run down and dirty looking

Check in was good. The front desk worker was nice and helpful. However, I don’t appreciate that the description said 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom suite. And I Got was a room with one bed and a side room with a couch, tv and chairs. And only one bathroom. The description needs changing because that very misleading. I paid Extra because I thought I was getting two bathrooms.

Friendly front desk. The facility is in dire need of updating. The kids had fun with the mini golf. The mattress were sagging.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Easy find friendly atmosphere...........................

It was sad that the poo and recreation area was not in service. No elevator was an inconvenience.

Really enjoy our stay in here, the staff is friendly and there are a lot of amnesty

Orbitz lied about amenities, pool under repair, ordered a room with two queens, measured the beds, they were two full size.
