This property is easy to access with a car, and has easy access to a variety of dining options.

The bed was uncomfortable so we didn’t sleep much but that happens.

It was somewhat off the highway (approx. 5 miles), and low on staff help. The staff tried to help, but there was only one person on duty in the morning with a number of folks who had room key issues (myself included). I had to go back to the desk three times and one of the other customers said this was her 8th time getting a new room key. They clearly need to fix the door locks as it wasn't because the room key was near a cell phone in my case.

Not only is the staff friendly and professional. At this location you find exceptionally commitment to service.

Nothing fancy, just your basic Motel. The staff is friendly and the location is convenient to pretty much everything.

Was initially given a room already occupied. Imagine what we could have walked into. 2nd time around, the room was empty, but the a/c barely worked and the bed was quite uncomfortable. Defintely not a typical "suites" type hotel. Def just a low-end motor lodge. At least it was cheap, but we'd defintely have been better off spending a few bux more for a nicer newer place.

Wifi didn't work in room and everything was old!! Xxxxxxxxxxxxx

The manager Annie wouldn’t give me a refund for checking out two days early and refused to let Orbitz know that I checked out early even though I had travel insurance because we flew to a funeral and didn’t know what exact dates. And then she told me that she didn’t have to give me a refund and she was extremely rude and then she hung up on me. Worst experience I’ve ever had in 50 years of traveling . She was yelling so loud at me that my kids could hear it through the phone. I asked to talk to her supervisor and she said she was the supervisor. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect

Very dirty Hallways made me uncomfortable however the room seemed clean. The area is very old and somewhat run down. Staff was very friendly!!!

Good and not very expensive place to stay for a night or two. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean but a bit small, however have everything you might need: clean beds and bathroom, microwave, fridge, iron and ironing board, TV. The breakfast includes hot and fresh waffles, yogurt, coffee, tea, some pastries etc. Nothing is fancy but quite good.

Not enouggh amenities, continental breackfast very poor. I like that it was quiet

Ok for the money. Pretty old, but our room was clean. Breakfast wasn’t great.

Worse night! Neighbors radio went off at midnight and kept us awake for awhile...terrible wall insulation. 3:00a.m smoke alarm went off in our unit and next door only...piercing sounds. My husband was ready to leave but I convinced him we needed to try to get a little more sleep.

For the money much better than I expected. Staff was very pleasant.

There was no deadbolt on the door, just a haphazard chain missing half of the screws to secure it. My room, as a single female, was located on the first floor near the exit to the building...and I had no real locking mechanism for my door. The first thing I noticed upon entering the room was that it smelled of mold quite strongly and then I realized the carpet was soaking wet...not just damp, but actually wet. It was late and I was tired, so I barricaded myself in the room by moving furniture and suitcases against the door since anyone with a foot could kick the door open due to the missing locks. After my shower in the dirty shower the following morning, the hair dryer electrocuted me. I went out to find the "continental breakfast" that was advertised only to find a barefooted, pajama clad employee setting out breakfast - microwaveable oatmeal packets. That's it! Needless to say, I did not stay another night in this establishment, but rather moved down the street to another hotel. Due to the issues and unsafe/unsanitary conditions, I asked for a refund and the hotel declined the request. This place is awful and should be shut down permanently.
