THE ROOM WAS DIRTY, LIGHTS MISSING,VERY NOISEY,NO COFFEE, OUR ROOM WAS NEXT TO MECHICAL ROOM, SOME MACHINE RAN AT 5 AM VERY LOUD GRINDING SOUND NO WATER PRESSURE IN SHOWER. WE WERE TOLD THEY ONLY CLEAN ONCE ERVERY TWO WEEKS

I booked this hotel for my daughter so we could be somewhat distant in this time of covid. She was shown a room that was not ready for a guest. She was given a second room by the attendant (who was NOT wearing a mask). Room was okay, but hotel was clearly being used for homeless during covid. Dogs barking and kids running around hallways at 10pm. She did not feel safe or comfortable. She ended up leaving the hotel at 10pm. I will say that the manager gave me a full refund the next day. This hotel might be okay in a non-covid world, but it is clearly not as advertised right now.

Staff was great and treated me well. There were a couple of unruly people in the building no fault to the company. Also building was well maintained.

No employees at the front desk. There is no staff at the front desk 24 hours a day. Room was clean and nice, but the walls are thin. You will hear your neighbors.

The safety and health of our guests is top priority and we have gone above and beyond to ensure that safety measures are being followed. We have a rigorous cleaning schedule and are so sorry that she did not notice this during her time with us. We are sorry for the noise you experienced and the difficulty you had in reaching us during your stay. As a value-focused hotel that specializes in extended stays, we do not staff the front desk 24 hours a day, this is one way we keep our rates affordable. We do have posted office hours or you can use the lobby phone to reach us during off-office times. We know our accommodations do not meet the needs for every traveler, but we would certainly welcome you back if you’re ever in need of all we have to offer.
