Location fantastic and quickest check in I've experienced.

Upon getting to our room, we found hair in the shower drain which made us wonder if the room had been cleaned. They charged a $20 “amenity fee” which they said was for “free” wi-fi and cable tv and 2 small water bottles. The signage by the elevators and in parking garage did not identify which floor the main Libby or check-in desk was on. The restaurant cutlery did not include spoons and after asking our wait staff twice, I just stirred my coffee creamer with my knife and ate my yogurt with my fork. Not worth the money which we thought would be a treat for a weekend get away.

The hotel is quaint, clean and in a super safe area. Proximity to Wayzata, Excelsior, Minnetonka and Victoria which are cute and nice towns to visit.

Everything was impressive about this hotel from the second I arrived to the second I departed. The exterior is modern and well groomed. The parking facility is clean and safe with enough space between cars to lessen the concern for damage to my vehicle. The hotel staff was friendly and professional. The hotel interior was pristine, the room were beautiful with fine finishes and high ceilings. The shower was very clean and luxurious. The climate control had enough settings to set temperature and fan speed manually. It was quiet overnight and I awoke well rested and refreshed for my meeting later that day. Quiet possibly the best hotel I have ever stayed in world-wide and quiet honestly I would have paid $100+ more than I did.

Very clean hotel and the staff was great. The surrounding area is fantastic.

Very nice Joel. Great location. Staff was very friendly. Hotel is brand new

I guess it's the first hotel on lake Minnetonka in a long time. It's gorgeous! Wish it had a lake view and a pool but it's right in wayzata and has a great bar!

We appreciated being your home away from home while visiting Minnesota! It is such a privilege to be part of the Wayzata community and we love sharing this great area with our guests. Even though it has been cold, we do hope that you found time to see the lake. It is so beautiful. Be sure to visit us again in the summer - lake days and evenings at ninetwentyfive are our favorite.
