I really like this hotel, it's very clean and i have stayed there 4 times and will continue! In love with the hotel and it's cleanliness. Also, it has a sofa a mini fridge and the bed is very comfortable.

Staff was friendly and it was clean. Had some nice options for breakfast.

Clean facilities and friendly staff

This hotel was probably nice about 15 years ago. It is in need of an update. Damaged tile, mismatched furniture. It was clean and the staff were fine, but the whole experience felt rundown. The bed and bedding were fine. If you have other options at similar rate I would consider those before this one.

When I checked in I was asked what floor I wanted and how close to the elevator I wanted to be. I thought that was very customer service oriented. Grab and Go breakfast was great.

No Amenities close to this hotel nothing to do bad place to stay just because of location

We visited in March 2021, a year after the COVID-19 pandemic was underway. The carpet in the room was torn and damaged. The ceiling the bathroom of our hotel guest room showed signs of excessive humidity and water damage and the paint was cracking and falling into little pieces. The pool and exercise room were closed due to COVID-19 restrictions, but this was not communicated to us ahead of time. The breakfast was limited. Only regular coffee or decaf, Nutri-grain bars, bottles of water or frozen orange juice from concentrate and 3 different flavors of yogurt, and bananas were available. It would have been good to know about this ahead of time so we could have planned better to enjoy our stay.

Overall stay was great and they are very clean and have hand sanitizers all over. Location is great with a Costco, Walmart, Home Goods, Target, Sheels within 2 miles. Service was great and very friendly. The only thing I did not like was the room we were in seemed to have some unfinished work near the AC unit. The drywall was not finished and made the place look run down.

Hotel is...shabby. Not up to typical springhill standards. needs to be refreshed and housekeeping is lame. public spaces (elevators, jhallways, etc.) need to be vacumed and some need to be repainted. In our room--there was months of accumultaed dust easily visable on bathroom vanity light. gross.

We stayed 5 days. Hallways were not vacuumed during that time. Room floors didn’t seemed to be cleaned. Didn’t have fresh glasses daily. Breakfast area was minimal and too small. Noisy hallways. Poor lighting by room door. Closet door hard to close. Vanity tiny, only one user at a time. Will not stay at a Springhill again. Hyatt much better.

The property was clean and nice. I really liked this hotel. Also the location was great!

Very easy check in. Spacious sleeper couch room could definitely sleep 6

The location was good. Staff was nice... building was bit old !

The staff was amazing, tentative to our needs/questions. The hot tub was not very warm or jets working very well.

good property! breakfast was decent but not up to the expectations. could have been better. Rooms were bit smaller than usual.
