The room was clean and had a refrigerator. Everything in the room was in good condition and worked properly. The neighborhood was quiet and there was adequate grassy areas to walk the dogs.

Didn’t like guy at front desk trying to sell a room for $80 when the sign outside said $59

I liked, the room is clean amd good area good service

Good location...good rates. Ice machine never seems to work .

They overbooked that night. They turned us away. So as we had to stay 59 miles away.

It was fairly run down. Rooms were not in great shape. AC Didn’t work. People were outside their rooms being loud till 3 in the morning. Despite saying there was free WiFi there was no mention of the password or how to access it anywhere.

There is no carpeting on the floor. The floor was sticky and the room smelled so strongly of pine sol I had to leave the door open to air out. The check in staff was just fine, but when trying to check out and cancel reservations, I was told they were too busy and I had to wait. I booked through Orbitz who were VERY helpful and were able to negotiate cancelling the reservation and booking me into a much better hotel. I would never stay there again.

The bedspread looked dirty. The room was smaller than we expected. There was no hairdryer, which you usually find ina hotel. No ability to make coffee in room. (Was available at desk but you had to go outside to get from room to desk. Not fun in the winter.) Paid almost $100, which was probably due to the Final Four, but not worth it for this room.

Trash everywhere. The people next to had a dog and yup it barked ALL NIGHT long. The water pressure was terrible and my shower barely stayed hot for the entire time I was in it.

This is horrible!!! Very dirty room, dirty towels, a bad smell in the room, broken toilet! Very Very Bad!!!

It was great after bcamping in a tent for the last week. It wasn’t

First floor room smelled like something burned in it, so I went to office to request different room. While waiting, there was a group of 5 individuals who had shown up in a van with no ids, trash bags of stuff (one suitcase between all of them) and were arguing loudly with the staff to rent them two rooms that had been reserved for them by "the company." One woman look quite high and about to pass out. It was sketchy at best. Staff tried to explain state law and the group argued that they were from Nebraska and didn't need id to work. Apparently staff gave in and rented the rooms out anyway. I contemplated leaving immediately without refund and paying for another hotel. Staff noticed me and set me up in a 2nd floor room. I tried to hurry to avoid the group in the lobby. As I was lugging my stuff up the stairs, the woman I mentioned above was going to her room and still complaining. I got in the room locked and bolted the doors and was surprised to find a room that was altogether different from the first room. Clean, no smell. Slept ok and left ASAP in the morning. The hotel must not worry about non-smoking MN laws because as I walked past rooms on the way to my 2nd room and when I was leaving in the am, cigarette smoke smell was horrible from several rooms. Will never stay at another Red Roof in. The low price is not worth it at all.

Sorry to say, but I think the carpet in our room needs to be shampooed. Had white socks on, and from just walking around on carpet very little, they were black on the bottom on my feet, also I had to rub my hand over the carpet for an item that got lost under one of the beds and my hand was black when I retrieved my item plus I retrieved a dead bug. Better housekeeping needs to be done. Would like coffee pot in room. All in all room was okay.

Rented room online, arrived to find beds were full size not queen size as depicted in the online ad and extremely hard. Staff reluctant to but did change the room for one that had softer mattress toppers on them. Reasonable rates but we will not stay there again.

it sux not close to anything staff made it feel like the ghetto

It was more than I expected for a 50 dollar hotel room.

There was not a remote for the television in our room. So I had to get one from the front desk. Even though it was a smoking room, there weren't any ashtrays. I went to the front desk to ask, and the younger man at the desk said he didn't have any. So we had to use a cup with water in it. Also, the bedspread on one of the two beds, had some big stains in it. All in all, it was an ok stay, but somewhat disappointing. Especially having no ashtrays in a smoking room...
