I AM OCD WHEN IT COMES TO MY SLEEPING PLACE, BUT WYNH always unravels my mind at ease. The only problem was the elevator could not go up but could come down; other than that, it was a good stay for my husband and me.

Great place, friendly staff, Clean facility. Overall it had everything you'd want and expect from a hotel stsy.

I had a. change in my flight, so I was unable to stay the 1st night.I called the hotel in advance to notify I was going to do the check in the. next day instead december 12 but they told Orbitz is the one that can do the discount of the day I didn't used. It was difficult to call Orbitz. I need a discount for the hotel night I didn't stayed on December 12, 2019. The hotel has a note on their computer I notify in advance II was not staying. Can Orbitz do the discount process to return me the money I payed for the night I didn't stayed? I will be more than happy if could be possible. Thank you in advance for your time and consideration.

Read the reviews sounded like a nice place lobby looked good really disappointed once we checked into our room. There was some type of substance on one of the walls not sure what it was , bathroom door didn't close , air conditioner didn't work, unsafe windows with no locks or screens, besides all that we looked past because we were just happy to have a place to staym. The worst was the other rude guests that the staff did nothing about we were kept up till 3:30 in the morning from kids and there parents running up and down the hallways slamming doors and being really loud and rude , called the front desk a few times no answer didn't feel it was our part to confront the guests and get into a confrontation we expressed our feelings the next morning when we checked out and the desk clearl could really care less. We travel quit a bit and will never go back to this hotel again there is a Americ inn next door I would suggest trying that place instead !!

First, the hotel does not offer double queen rooms when you book through a travel site and when I got there to check in and asked to change from the King I had no choice but to book online - to a double queen they informed me they would do that for an "upgrade fee of $35". I refused to pay anything more, went to my room and immediately the manager calls. (I am thinking they had a change of heart, no. I was wrong) he asks me how everything is... and I have to go into the whole thing again, to which he STILL does not offer to move me to the room of my choice UNLESS I pay extra. Again, I refuse. The manager calls me again, this time he does offer me the room I requested at no charge. I change rooms and am in the room when a staff member opens my door without knocking and starts to come in... until I call out, at which point she says she is 'just checking the room' and leaves. I call the manager to report this, and he seems to have no issue with this at first, I explain there was no knock, this person just came on in, and I have a major issue with that. I had to leave my room to attend an event and at this point I have zero trust in this place or it's staff and take all my belongings with me. The next day at breakfast I found a bug on the plate I picked up. Really? I will NEVER, EVER, EVER stay here again. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but compared to everything else I would not try them again.

Love the location, we walked to apple bees for dinner. Walking distance to grocery store, and shopping. Booked on o rbitz .com and saved 10% too.

Very nice 6 year-old hotel. Enjoyed a very nice full breakfasr buffet, included in price. Very good value compaired to other area hotels. Comfortable king bed, nice white linen, and the room was quiet and dark, just the way we like it! Staff was friendly and helpful. I used the business center computer to print my flight itinerary. Nest time we will plan to use the pool and jacuzzi. A great place to stay.

Room was wonderful! Breakfast was VERY good!! Location was perfect for me...only downside was that the air conditioning didn't work, instead of fixing it or changing rooms they gave me a fan. I spoke with the manager when I checked out and he assured me that the next time I stay he will take very good care of me!

You can really tell alot about a place not so much by how perfect things start out, but how things are handled when a situation arises. Several things went awry during my stay, giving the staff an opportunity to make things better, and they did so quickly and to my satisfaction. Will absolutely stay again with them when I go back!

The hotel is comfortable. The continental breakfast is adequate.

IT WOULD TAKE TO MUCH SPACE TO TELL TO ABOUT THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE WHILE AT THE HOTEL FOR 2 WEEKS FROM THE MANAGER TO THE MAINTENANCE AND MORE SO ALL THE STAFF - DESK -- HOUSEKEEPING - LAUNDRY -- THE BEST STAFF ONE COULD GATHER AT ONE PLACE TO TAKE CARE OF ME AND EVERYONE ELSE WHO WOULD MAKE RESERVATIONS THERE -- I CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK AND STAY THERE AND WITH THE STAFF AGAIN!!!

I checked in late at night, around 1am and the women at the front desk was very helpful in booking a room. My stay was quiet and restful, all except for the fire alarm falsely going off somewhere in the hotel during the second night, but things happen and it was quickly delt with.
