We had issues when I tried to check in. On the reservation I notated that we were two adults, a child and a toddler. When I tired to check in I was told there was an issue with the room I had booked (two queens) and that they had moved me to a King and that they had comped me another King...across the hall. I told them that this would not work since I have two young children. It took a while but they finally worked it out and got me a two queen room. I still didn't get poolside like I had wanted/booked but at least I got two beds like I needed so I didn't need to find a new hotel. No discount offered for the hassle. The pool was okay - it wasn't cold so that's good. The location was good - plenty of places to eat and parks nearby. The hotel connected to the hotel isn't/wasn't open on Sunday - we stayed Saturday-Monday so we didn't have the opportunity to eat there. The parking situation was good as well - plenty of spaces. I don't know that I would stay there again. The price was too high for what you got. We picked this hotel because of the pool and it wasn't as great as I thought it would be.

The pool area is great, my kids loved it. The rooms were clean and a decent size. Also one of the better hotel mattresses I've slept on, so I actually had a decent night sleep which is usually a problem for me at most hotels. Also super conveniently located near food, freeway, and has a great restaurant attached.

Nice, Lots of kids Staff did a great job keeping towels out for the swimmers

Loved everything about this hotel. Very clean, great staff, and on-site restaurant and bar with room service. But the VERY best thing is the AMAZING indoor pool complete with water slides And a splash pad for the littles. Will be back!

The room was typical. Clean and comfortable. The staff was fairly accommodating but even with the pool I feel that it’s over priced. It’s just a Holiday Inn. If I were to go up that way again I’d probably find other accommodations just because of that. I’ve stayed in much nicer hotels for less money.

This Hotel was great I love it can't wait to go again

We had a poolside room and the staff came by about every 15 minutes asking to collect wet towels, trash, and making sure we were all having a good experience. The 'life guards' at the pool were attentive and kind. We even received a phone call mid-evening from the management checking in on us. It was obvious that they all enjoyed their job and were treated respectful in the company.

The hotel met my expectations and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to this area.

The pool area was a mess with all the kids running around (expected) but there were messy tables and it was just very chaotic.

We had a great time at the pool celebrating 10 year old birthday.

As a priority Club member I stay in Holiday Inns all over the country and this is hands down the nicest facility to date. Great room, friendly staff, with a 4 star restaurant!

Hotel was close to our home and we have gone to larger water parks in our area and felt it was to big for the needs of the small grandchildren. Your water park was the perfect size of the 7 and 2 1/2 yr olds. The water slide and basketball hoops for the 7 yr old was perfect and the slide and water sprays entertained the 2 1/2 for hours. The jucuzzi was very large and was near and within eye sight of the toddler area which made it perfect for the adults. Our room was poolside which was perfect for ALL to run back and forth for things we needed or forgot! Have suggested this hotel to other Grandparents!

We had our 2-year old's birthday party there. She loved the pools! It was very busy but the pool area was big enough that everyone could have fun. I was glad they do not sell additional tickets to the waterpark and reserve it for guests only. My daughter did get a cold as soon as we got home but I guess that is to be expected with all those kids around.

We saw the sights and visited with family. The kids really wanted a pool to play in.

Nice televisions and actually had a channel line up by the TV. Clean rooms. Nice decor

My wife and I booked this hotel for our daughter's 7th birthday. We told her should get invite three friends to stay overnight. The hotel was really great for this purpose. The girls had an awesome time in the mini-waterpark. We reserved one of the executive suites (the girls wanted to sack out on the floor in sleeping bags). The flat screen was nice for throwing on a movie (we brought our own dvd player). There was a completely separate room with king bed for my wife and I. There was also a kitchenette with dishwasher, full-size fridge, microwave and dishes. I felt the room was a little pricey at $190 for a hotel this far from the city (this part of Lakeville is about 40 mins from downtown Minneapolis). Price aside, we really enjoyed our stay.
