The lobby is amazing. It has clearly been renovated and kept nice. The rooms on the other hand are dated and ours didn't feel clean. There was a sequin and a hair in the blankets on the bed. There was toothpaste drippings on the bathroom counter. The views are amazing. The man working in the market in the mornings on the weekend made me smile and was the best customer service we had all weekend. Underground parking is convenient, but scary and dirty like most city underground lots.

Friendly staff and great rates! Prime location with plenty of activities within walking distance. The hotel lobby is beautiful and the gym first class. Rooms are a little dated. I was pretty disappointed with house keeping. You have to call 24 hours in advance to get your room cleaned and when they did clean our room they failed to restock all of our towels, coffee, cups, kleenex, toilet papet and even took one of our pillows.

We arrived after a long day of travel and were greeted nicely and had an easy check in. Lots of food in the area for a quick bite and super quiet clean rooms. Much appreciated.

Everything was fine but the first night I had drunk people trying to key in to my room at 1:30am and then people yelling outside my room in the hall at 2:30am the second night. It was nice to have firmer pillows sent up the second night when I requested them.

They do not have breakfast and you do have to pay for parking, The staff at the front desk will tell you when you check in that they do offer breakfast and tell you the times and the process for this

Very friendly staff, the hotel itself is grand and the lobby in particular is very nice. The rooms do show some age but are up kept.

Mini fridge wasn’t cold enough but Front desk Chris was very helpful and proactive, rooms are clean and quite, great service.

It was good overall , night staff was kind “cold “

Great lobby bar for post game libations. Close to union bank stadium.

Parking was close to the property. Staff was helpful.

Perfect for ballgame, parking and proximity to all things for out-of-towner.
