It was fine. Clean. Safe part of town. Great staff lady at the front desk. Used to be less expensive per night but, sooooo much better then the Days Inn Wynden in Bloomington where we stayed a couple weeks ago. Worth the extra $20.

This hotel was filthy! The elevator clearly had never been cleaned, as the walls were covered in dirt and who knows what else. The hotel smelled like smoke even in our non-smoking room. A large, garbage filled container was kept in the elevator and we had to move it before we could use the elevator. Our shower did not drain and little breakfast was served. There is no excuse for the state of this hotel.

What i didnt like was beinging treated like i couldn't afford my room. Staying for a week i had to ask for clean towels and bedding and vacuum my own room. My door wasn't secure and all other tentants knew it.

Staff was decent... first room we got was already rented and second one was dirty

This was not a good experience. Firstly the staff was rude, uncooperative and somewhat mean/dismissive. They would not let my brother check in, even though he had all the info and they made it into a big ordeal. Even after I called, they would not verify me over the phone and instead that I come in person (which would have been a 2+hour drive due to traffic). I had to call Orbitz to have them call the hotel. Which took about 45minutes, because the hotel kept putting them on hold. Secondly, they ran my credit card at check-in and did not inform me or my brother (he was going to pay using his card) I had marked that a different card would be used to pay for the room. I found this to very strange. Every hotel I've stayed at charged the card at check out not check-in. Thirdly the room was in disrepair. the bathroom was the worst. We will never book a room there ever again. Just horrible and horrible workers (the front desk person was just horrible)

This place sucks. I arrived after booking my room 5 weeks ago to be told they have no room for me they had accidentally over booked. Nobody cared. Finally got to talk to the District manager who was worthless also but eventually found me a room at Technology Drive location. I wasted 2 hours on this before the problem was solved.

a lot of maintenance issues bad electrical outlets, locks that don't work in rooms.

Kitchen area smelled awful. Don't know of it was bugspray or cleaner, although I heard there was an ant infestation in one room a visitor was complaining about.

It was filthy and we did not stay as planned. It should be shuttered.

Orbitz overbooked this hotel and instead of turning guests away the housekeeping staff worked literally through the night cleaning rooms that weren’t expected to be needed. I am very grateful to them all. The room itself was nice, clean, and had a whole kitchen for $99 - totally worth the price. Also, they have smoking rooms, which I thought was great especially since the hotel did not smell like it. Plus hot water and a cold AC! I’m very satisfied with my stay.

Booked on Orbitz - got there and only had a smoking room. Horrible

wasnt the worst place I have stayed, but our room smelled like meatballs

Great staff, clean nice room, very affordable, very close to three shopping malls including MOA

My wife has a food allergy so being able to cook at least some meals while on vacation is important. The extended stay lets you do this. It is also very conveniently located about 15 minutes from airport in good traffic. It is very conveniently located for access to 494 and 212 which can then get you connected anywhere.

Service and staff not great here. 1st they checked me into a room that was already taken. Once I got into my room, the toilet was stopped up. I called and they said they would fix it. Hours later it was still not fixed. I stayed for 3 days & not once did they clean the room, change sheets or bring new towels. I definitely wouldn't stay here ever again.

Great staff. STRONG scent of smoke on the non-smoking floor. No room cleaning unless you stay at least 7 days.

Place was clean and the area of the hotel was nice as well. I pretty much like everything about the hotel except for the fact that the staff that check us in could've been more friendly.

hotel was clean and was a room but the free breakfast which was listed was not offered , mo ice machines & no pool which was also listed so don't no if I should be more upset with the hotel or travel company for promising thigs the hotel does not offer
