Clean. Easy walk to downtown. Right in the lake. Friendly staff. Front desk is stocked with beverages and snacks and a lint roller when you’ve accidentally brought part of your dog with you!

Very disappointed for the price that we paid, the room was small, stains in the carpet , are door wouldn't close ,maintenance had to fix it, the large soaking tub they advertised was the same standard tub I had at home.

Average motel, price as good. Main problem was that computer wasn't working properly so ck in took a bit longer and you had to give them a $100 cash room deposit for damages vs the cc. People in front of me were told to go use the ATM to get cash or they wouldn't be able to stay. Glad i had the cash, but pretty bogus.

The ladies that checked us in, thankfully found us a different room than the 2nd floor room we were initially given. That room smelled and looked like a musty, out-dated basement with crappy carpet. The room on the 5th floor was just redone, and great-for a $20 up-charge. We were definitely willing to pay that after what we first had. What I am completely upset about is when I checked out, I asked for a receipt. They said it would be emailed to me and would not give me one-that makes me very nervous and I STILL do not have anything. I asked about taking the hold off my credit card, and she said that was taken off too and it is gone-no hold. This was Sunday 2/23. It is 2/25 and there is still a hold of $100 on my account. I am furious! When I called the hotel directly, the front desk girl has told me it can take up to 7-10 business days for my money to be off hold! I know for a fact, a hold can be removed as quickly as it is placed in a card. Completely uncalled for and poor service for a hotel chain this big!

Breakfast was not worthy to feed to the ducks outside. It was horrible. Lukewarm mush called oatmeal and one day the bacon was so burnt it was not even edible. The breakfast was disgusting every day we were there. Went next door and paid for breakfast. They were changing the door locks until 7pm in the evening one night. Who wants to hear that after a long day? The hotel front desk staff seemed pretty relaxed and you could walk past them without a single greeting. Upon check out the only words We heard were, “checking out” and that was it. Very poor customer service. The location was nice but for the price I will go to a better quality hotel. Way over priced for what you get.

For 166 a night, I expected a much better place. The whole place smells like mildew, the shower was quite dirty, the shower leaks all over the floor. The people at the front desk didn't give clear directions on how to get to where you are going and just watch you walk past where that is and don't say anything. There is only one entrance no matter where you park and that is at the front, the other doors you cant get back into.I have stayed in rooms that were a lot cheaper and way nicer than this place.

Keys don’t work very well on any doors to get into room and property. No ironing board in room but upon request they brought one rapidly

Great staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. We did not have a chance to check out the pool.

Was unable to make the trip due to illness. I came down with a terrible cold.

For your receipt you should have gotten an email thru Expedia, since you paid online and didn't pay hotel directly. So yes you should have received a receipt thru Expedia. As for you incidental fee, it does fall off right away out of our system when we check you out, then it is up to your bank on however long they hold pending authorizations. That could take 3-7 business days.
