We chose this hotel soley for the location and have stayed here several times i the last 10 years. In the three nights we were at the hotel the police showed up at least once on each of the three days. This made the stay a little unsetteling. The HVAC vents in my room and thse four of the others in my party all had large amounts of black mold on them. I don't think I will return in the future.

The staff person at the desk was very nice and accommodating. However, I didn't feel the hotel was very clean and outside the hotel at night there were some very shady characters.

The room was very spacious for five of us. The pull out sofa was so worn and dirty, the sofa bed frame was so bent we couldn’t use it so we pulled the mattress off and discover how ripped up and badly stained the mattress was. There were even filthy personal items under the mattress that has been there a very long time. The door frames and light switches also had a dirty feel to them. The to-go breakfast was very disappointing. I will not return.

The location was excellent. The front desk was understaffed. Another employee stepped in to help her, which was great but the front desk person truly needs two people, especially when there are higher check-in numbers. The $100 deposit policy was not advertised properly and customers took their anger out on the front desk staff. This is a failure of marketing and management. People called in advance or booked online and there was no mention of this policy and if there was it was in a place that was not visible. This put the front desk person in a terrible position and customers felt swindled. The front staff person needs conflict resolution training and practice so she knows how to better de-escalate angry customers. She responded to high anger with defensiveness and arguing, which elevated the conflicts, however, that may have happened regardless as the customers were very angry and tired from power being out for several days. A man stepped in to ask the front desk staff person to be less defensive, listen and have a more respectful tone. He was very respectful and was trying to help her see how she was adding to the issue. She dismissed him. Cops were called and we felt unsafe and left once our power went on, otherwise we would have stayed. Outside of that, the front desk person was friendly with us. There was smoke in the first room and she was helpful in switching us and making it as easy as possible with returning keys and moving bags.

Beds were dents in the center, not comfy, carpets dirty

It was in a good location. The positives stop there. It had no amenities, the shower rod was broken so the shower curtain slid to the middle meaning water got all over our bathroom floor, and our room was just gross dirty.

In the room there were a lot of stains on the sofa and carpet and the carpet felt moist. The towels were stained and at least one was also actually dirty. The carpet in the halls was also somewhat stained and there was dirt, leaves, etc, on the carpet at the entrances.

Staff at the desk were fine and professional. The room however was questionable. We pulled out a chair and there were crumbs all over it and then noticed crumbs on the desk. There were stains/drool marks on the pillow. There was something smeared all over one of the photos hanging on the wall. Cigarette holes in the curtain. We got a room specifically for the huge jacuzzi tub, but there were literal pubic hairs still in it and on the little ledge. Handprints on the walls next to it. The mini fridge also froze all of the little snacks we brought with.

Didn’t like that there was dirt on the carpet, hair in the jet tub, a sofa with stains that looks like they didn’t try to get them out, extremely small TVs for a hotel, no soap, shampoo, conditioner...not worth the amount paid

I was very pleased with my one night stay. All the staff was very pleasant and efficient. My room, the lobby and the building in general was very clean and in excellent working condition. The breakfast and around the clock coffee/tea service was excellent.

At check in staff were very nice, but next shift were unpleasant, I ask for some extra towels and some Shampoo, so the front lady don't know what Shampoo was. And she told me Was no extra Towels right by hand so she will send them to my Room. It never Happens. Other wise, was A nice experience.

The Hotel was in a clean and quiet area. I booked the hotel for 6 nights for a funeral. The first room was dirty and filthy. There’s hair on the bed and stain on the bed sheet and sofa, so I had to changed room because the front desk was unable to change out the sheets with an attitude. The second room were dusty and the floor felt sticky. The suite were small for 6 people. There’s only one sink and not enough towels. There were no extra pillows for the sofa with a pull out bed. We asked for pillows and the lady at the front desk never bring up any. It will be my first and last booking with this hotel.

The hallways and elevators were really dirty. I rooms carpet was sticky and the pull out was just gross. It had gun stuck to it and the bedding was not changed.

The property needs a good deep cleaning/ updating. Couches in the main lobby are warn out, the halls and elevators where very dirty. The room was okay however the future and carpet was stained. And breakfast was supposed to start at 6 but we waited till 630 and it still was not ready.

We were not expecting such a high volume of same day bookings, due to the power outages in the city, and the staff we have on the payroll was not available to work that the same day on that short notice. It was in a good location. The positives stop there. It had no amenities, the shower rod was broken so the shower curtain slid to the middle meaning water got all over our bathroom floor, and our room was just gross dirty.
