Upon arriving at the hotel, we were not greeted by the front desk worker. We were greeted by a sign that said that the worker was away from the desk, however, she was off to the side on her phone. After rudely greeting us, she took my information. I asked her for a late check out and she said it would be fine. I asked if she'd put it in the system so we wouldn't have any issues the next morning, and she said she did. We later found out she had not done this. We had to come down in the morning to work with that front desk worker (who was only slightly kinder).
After entering our room, it appeared relatively clean although it had a strong cologne smell. When I went in the bathroom, there was a large amount of dust collected on the light on the ceiling. Once I sat on the bed, I discovered it was broken. The base of the bed was busted so when you sat or laid on one said, it tipped down and rocked.
After dealing with the front desk woman upon our arrival, I decided I just didn't want to mess around with asking for a new room. This just wasn't a very good experience and not one I'd recommend.
