The condition of the hotel was in rough shape and the room could’ve been in better condition. The bathroom needed to be wiped down and their was some minor damage to furniture in the bedroom

No extra tp and no cups for coffee??

Excellent, clean and comfortable. Great location, readily available parking. Exterior is a bit tired like much of downtown Milwaukee.

Worn out and tired. Unfriendly staff. Not your usual Hampton Inn quality.

We loved the hotel. It’s well kept and in a perfect location close to the River Walk. We just have a recommendation to improve the quality of beds. The pillows were not very comfortable, and the fitted sheet kept sliding off the mattress, so you ended up sleeping on the mattress half the night. Otherwise, we’d recommend.

It was affordable and it was also right in the middle of downtown. We just had to walk out of the building and everything we wanted to see was right there or just a short distance away. The staff was hella cool and the room was great. Highly reccommend.

Sleep was next to impossible due to a “clanging” blouse during the night.

Parking was an additional $30 on top.of the room. Room fan sounded like a wind tunnel

We did not stay long. But what was a nice surprise the room was cheaper than when I booked it online.

room was not ready at 5:30 was not sure if there would be one at all ( was told no room available even though I reserved weeks in advance ) thankfully returned at 10:30 pm to room being ready BUT 3 towels for 5 people no more available, none for pool no pillows for pull out bed and no blankets for pull out bed, was told none available. Heat was not adjustable - room was cold and could not adjust. The room was very old and dated with exposed pipes and dusty heating vents. The tile in in the bath tub in the room was chipped . $ At over 175.00 a night for Milwaukee I would have expected better . Much nicer hotels in the area fro better price. Staff was very nice better then the hotel itself

The front desk staff were kind and cheerful. Such a good group of employees who made the stay very fun and enjoyable.

It was clean, the people working were very friendly

The management team was extremely attentive, even though they have some work going on there the staff was great.

Loud neighbors, could hear every door knock and slam, but overall a nice place to stay at a good price
