Everything was near perfect. My only concern is that the property should be updated a tad to reflect the true image of the Ritz Carlton. However, we had a great experience

There is a section of rooms in the high 300s that’s impossible to get to

Love the amazing customer experience and the attention to detail.

On arrival the entry of the hotel was great. But once you got to the room it was filthy. Bugs in the room stains on sheets was disgusting.

First time going to Miami Florida so we stayed at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach. The hotel is very clean and upkeep…not run down like most other Hotels. Love the pool area where the kids can have fun and the adults too while drinking😅. Only bad is the private Beach section is very dirty with kelps compare to the public beach section.

Staff was very attentive, we lacked for nothng during our stay. Pool service was fantastic with great drinks and food. The only negative was that rooms were only cleaned every other day because of lack of sufficient maid staff.

I loved how modern the lobby and rooms were. The service was great and the pool temperature is so perfect. The food is great. Little bit pricy but that’s worth the Ritz experience :)

The hotel itself was very nice, including a great beach and restaurant by the pool. However, there is only one restaurant (quite pricey) and our room was a hike from the front desk / lobby area. My biggest complaint is the area itself when you walk out of the hotel. For a Ritz Carlton, you would expect a better location. It was unpleasant to walk out. I would stay further north on Collins Avenue in the future.

The hotel was beautiful, but the room was kind of small. It had that stuffy city-like feel, and when it's humid outside the AC struggled to keep the room dry/cool. The beach area was nice and quiet, which isn't always easy to find on South Beach. We were celebrating my wife's birthday, and they provided chocolate covered strawberries and some kind of truffle, but dropped the ball on presentation. The burlap sacks they were in were cute but left the treats covered with small fibers rendering them inedible. My mother also paid to have a welcome cake and charcuterie board in the room. We got a small piece of cheesecake (delicious) with "Happy Birthday" written in strawberry sauce, but it looked like ketchup and like a kid had wrote it. Additionally, instead of a charcuterie board we got a bowl of fruit wrapped in saran wrap. I would definitely expect a little more of a "polished" approach from the Ritz, but maybe this experience was an outlier? I got a good deal on the room thru Orbitz, and would definitely not stay there again for what they normally charge for a room.

It was perfect. Staff, amenities, and room was fantastic.

My stay in a nutshell. First day after checking in we asked for extra hangers and another robe (since we only had one). Neither the robe or extra hangers were ever provided. Later on that evening we went to eat at the beach bar and never received one of our appetizers. Second day - we were at the pool and we ordered food and drinks. When we presented the “free drink” voucher/offer we were told that it’s not accepted and on top of that we never received one of our food orders. Third day - in the morning we noticed that there were not enough coffee pods for the nespresso machine so when I contact guest services they transferred me to room service which promised to send up 2 cups of coffee which, again, never showed up. Later around noon, when trying to lay on a pool bed we were completely soaked by the soggy saturated cushion. Later on that day we ordered food and noticed there was a hair in my omelette. I am in disbelief that all of these incidents happened in my first and extremely short stay at a Ritz Carlton resort which is world renowned to be a 5-star hotel.

I loved the access to the beach and we loved the family dining room. The railing on the balcony were awfully low.
