I’m shocked this hotel is able to survive in beautiful Coconut Grove, dirty room and overall sad/bad property condition. Never Again!

Room was shabby. Seriously needed to be updated. It was a very nice property in the past, now the rooms seen dated and worn out.

The rooms have poor upkeep and the elevator was also dirty with trash on the ground. Upon entering the room, it smelled like mold and it was noticeably dirty. The lady at the front desk was amazing though and had to handle a lot of tough conversations with unsatisfied guests that were requesting refunds and checking out less than 30 minutes after their arrival. She maintained her professionalism throughout all of those encounters. The hotel itself needs to do better from a customer service and employee relations perspective. The woman at the front desk should not have to answer for issues that display a direct lack of proper management. I feel sorry that she has to deal with that. No one should have to, especially in a tourist heavy city like Miami.

Horrible horrible. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES. We stay there for 2 nights. Luckily we were always out. Once we walk in the room it feel like someone just walk out of the room. It was not clean, the bed sheets and towels didn't have a clean smell. The TV work but the image wasn't too good. Microwave and fridge are old. There was a tub in the balcony out of order and it was dirty. The restaurant and spa are close because of codid19 the only good thing was the location, a lot of restaurants and shops around the block.

not what they show in the photosThanks

Very poor customer service . Very nosiy parting all night long . Hotel and room very dirty

Rooms were dirty and we saw roaches. Hot tub on balcony did not work.

I don't know if there is communications between manager and all the worker, but everybody they do what they can. like the bar tender has to take of the bar and the swimming pool like give tower and get food orders and run to get it. he is by himself, not help at all, they did not clean my room even if you ash for, the check in was terrible,we had to wait intill they had the room ready, there were not extra tower in the room and in the swimmig pool, the elevator was not working the first day hte room was not very clean, I will never came back to this hotel

It was a pretty place nice area staff was all ways nice and helpful

Upon arrival to the hotel, I was told someone would be waiting for me to check in (as it was close to midnight). I waited for about 5 minutes and someone finally came to check me in. During this process, I asked about my VIP perks, as this is a VIP hotel. I was informed that they were not offering any VIP Reward because of COVID. I also learned that their restaurant and spa were both closed at check in. At this point, I was not very happy, however proceeded to my room. When I got to my room, it was much smaller than I anticipated, as I booked a suite. I looked out onto the patio, and found a private jacuzzi, which I was pleasantly surprised to find. Upon further investigation, I found the sign that said because of COVID, this private amenity was not available to me. Throughout my stay, I found my coffee maker full of molded coffee, found tons of little gnats and bugs in the room, and was informed that room service was not available to me. I ended up checking out of the hotel early, as it was not worth it to stay here any longer. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

Property seemed abandoned. My mattress had a hole in the center you can tell it was extremely old. Pillows were old and the toilet was clogged. They said there was an open bar that also looked abandoned. Very disappointed with the hotel.

The hotel is completely outdated. Had to switch my room because they couldn’t locate the TV remote and the TV didn’t work. Furniture had a mildew smell. It was nothing like the first time I visited that hotel. I felt embarrassed because I gave that hotel so much praise and to experience that was totally disappointing

I liked the location and how the hotel looked. The room was big and the stay was comfortable. I would have liked the jacuzzi on the balcony to be available. The room was a 6/10 clean i would say. They should invest more in cleaning considering their hosting covid responder rooms as well, which isnt stated on orbitz website. Other than that the check in/out was fast and easy.

The sheets were dirty, no water for 24hrs No room service

Even dealing with Covid they handled everything exceptionally well and had great customer service

Orbitz listed this property as a 4star, it’s a 3 star at best. The hotel is old and in need of serious remodeling.
