Front staff an valet were friendly, cleaning staff super friendly but I would recommend not coming in with a do not disturb sign. This was done 3 days in a row.

The pool area

Staff were amazing! I got bit by something in the beds similar to bed bug bites. They close pool at 10 right when part starts they have no food just a Starbucks down stairs they sell no food or drinks.

The overall experience was beautiful! The aroma of the hotel upon entry was the best! The rooms are modern and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! Even at home!! I will be booking again hopefully some then later!

Muy buen lugar

The way its designed

I like that everyone was friendly. The room had everything I needed.

staff never speaks when you come in and its 40 dollars a night forced paid parking that they wont tell you about till you get to the property. Then one housekeeping person threw out my liquor it was a 1/4 full😒, Nail in the coffin!

The property was good, what i didn’t like was the fact there was a $200 deposit that was never mentioned when i booked through orbitz. I had to take from my spending money to pay a deposit. When i said something about it to the receptionist, she basically through me off and said to pay it or i can stay somewhere else. It was to late to book anywhere else

The hotel isn’t being kept up very well. Both treadmills are still broken from 2 years ago! They used to refill these glass water bottles every day with still and sparkling water...now it’s just tap water that you have to fill up yourself. Our “penthouse” was next to the ice machine and everyone kept slamming the door to the ice closest. They should remove the door or not put anyone in that room next to it. The “penthouse” was filthy. Hair from past guests was everywhere when we first arrived. The shower looked like a kids camp shower stall and we had no water pressure. There was old puke behind the mattress...as if someone threw up while they slept on their side. We had to call housekeeping if we wanted them to clean our room or it just wouldn’t happen. Just awful. We won’t ever stay there again.

Access to beach and public transportation. The corner suite was very nice and spacious. Loved the wrap around balcony. The hotel is located right on Collins Avenue and 63rd Street so there’s local traffic noise going on. We experienced a couple of fights from neighbors staying across the hall. Very scary!

STAYED IN THE CORNER PENTHOUSE. NICE VIEW, QUIET BESIDES TRAFFIC, CLEAN. OVERALL NICE PLACE!

This was a really good hotel, clean, balcony, pool, gym, laundry! We enjoyed a lot our stay overthere! The walls are thin, we had some noisy neighbors which played very loud music at 2am (we call the front desk, and after couple min they went upstairs to talk with the neighbors! We had umbrela, beach chairs and towels.. however the beach chairs were not the regular beach long chairs (and you needed to carry them on the beach by yourself!) Other then this a good stay!

We weren’t able to check in when we arrived and the furniture in the room was stained

Be careful! Overall, this was a great hotel, it was clean and the staff was nice. However, there are a lot of unexpected fees that come with the hotel, including a $40/night parking fee, and a "resort fee" as well. The rooms are small, and the walls are really thin. You can literally hear every conversation happening in the room next to yours. The "beach service" was subpar at most. You were given a raggy umbrella and a beach chair that was well used. The description of the hotel said chase lounges for on the beach, not the case. The beach service was taking you in a car around the block and dropping you off at a public access point (it was faster to just walk there yourself).

The valet guys were nice. We couldn’t get any sleep due to the hard bed and extremely loud guest next door. We called multiple times for hotel staff to ask them to turn their blaring music down but nothing was done. Will not recommend this property and will never stay there again.
