The staff was very nonchalant when approached regarding and needs. It seem like their most common answer was I’m not sure let me check for you. ( we got this response every single time) We got three different versions of when asked a very particular question. They doing renovations so you would thing they would keep away from floors where they still painting doors but no. They only friendly staff were the staff at the front vallet service and house keeping. I felt like I ha

They don't tell you about everything when you first check in. They didn't clean my room everyday I had to keep calling the front desk

Didn’t like having to pay extra fees for booking thru you then being harassed about paying parking fee before checkout

I would definitely recommend this hotel. They offered and upgraded my room for small fee, even included buffet breakfast for all members of my family. So far one of the best places, nice, clean, perfect c This is my first review I ever did in my 20 plus years of traveling. I just couldn’t avoid to make a positive comment. I would be seeing you soon. And thanks for everything.

I like the two pool.. didn’t like my view Or my terrace

The hotel has a long way to go with cleanliness and care for the rooms. I had not light in the bathroom the first two days I was there. I called repeatedly and they do not come when they said. The chairs and couch had really bad gross stains. Floors were dirty. The fitness room did not have any sanitizing wipes or spray to clean the machines or mats. The breakfast (indoor) had bugs all over the fruit and on the wall. For the price, I would have expected more. The pool was nice and enjoyable. Staff was very accommodating. Boblyo restaurant was delicious.

To much charge for stuff you don’t use, anyone from the street can walk in and use the pool

The hotel was good but not great. The room wasnt ready when we arrived but the bell hops kept our baggage while we waited. We went the beach one day and they didnt have any towels for hours. The fitness center was missing a lot of dumbbells and some machines need repairs. For the price, we got what we paid for. Ill try another hotel next time I visit miami.

Excellent customer service and friendly staff! The hotel was in a great location, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, as well as beachfront access.

Even with wristbands there were still folks using amenities without them, that’s twice now we’ve seen people evade security. We did enjoy the nice touches like water bottles upon request, frozen grapes, the beach service stellar as always.

I liked the friendly staff. I hated the fact that I got bit by ants and had to change rooms four times. To pay as much money as I did for the room I had was a rip off and then to be bitten by ants in the bed ruined my trip. I have videos. This was my first time in Miami.
