Good experience. The hotel is very basic, but it was great for a one night stay. I would stay again.

We saw multiple cockroaches in our room. Staff and breakfast was wonderful, but cockroaches were seen roaming around the room.

The room that we were initially given was not complete when we went to it. The attendant was still in the room when we arrived. We was therefore assigned another room

The room was centrally located on a busy, trendy section of Collins avenue. It has been recently renovated and is nicer than the surrounding hotels. Check in was pleasant. Continental breakfast is nice. The set up is almost like extended stay with refrigerator, microwave and even dish soap to wash up after yourself. Now the bad, ants everywhere in my room. Found this out after they covered my breakfast that I had left on a desk. I called and supposedly they sprayed. Still had ants the next day and found them in my luggage when I left. Yhe TV didn't work for 2 days. Hotel clerk had no idea what to do and tried to blame ir on the DISH network. Last, there is a cute, small garden outside of the rooms. However, multiple guess seem to think that this was the designated pot smoking area. So every day as you came in-and-out of your room we had to walk through the he cloud of smoke to go to the gate. I've emailed both Orbitz and the hotel to discuss these issues, so far received no response.

Stayed one night before cruise. Great location, clean, good breakfast in morning. Free shuttle was over crowded.

As long as you understand this hotel is a no-frills, minimal hotel, you'll be perfectly pleased. The bathroom was very clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable, but I guess I'm spoiled because I found the sheets to be a little rough, haha. There's no pool and the outdoor area to sit down is small, as is the lobby. The breakfast included really wasn't much, some bread, bagels, yogurt, oranges. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Answered any and all of our questions and very knowledgable. Great place to stay if you just need a clean and conveniently located place to sleep at night.

Hi We apologize for the inconveniences you experienced when staying with us. We do routinely spray and check for any ant situation and do our best to avoid them. although, if you leave food out, in any location, it will attract ants and that is unfortunately out of our control. We did our best t correct this issue and apologize it was not resolved to the fullest.
