We left our cruise we bo where to go at 9am. The staff was so kind to find us a room way before our check in at no charge!

No warning that they only made room once every three days. Needs a bit of maintenance. My safe did not work neither fid the ice maker on my floor. It is in my view an average motel seriously overpriced.

The hotel was nice and the pool was awesome the water was nice and warm the only problem I had that it was always cold in the hotel.

Online booking gives distorted view of hotel. Room smell wet mildewy. Water view is of man-made water holes. Absolutely overpriced all around.

Very friendly staff bust is that enough? Super hard mattress, mild in shower, carpet needed cleaned. A boxed turkey sandwich with mayo and lettuce as the only breakfast choice? It to mention they were stacked on a table for hours. Management should be more engaged in what is being put in the overpriced box and how it’s being kept safe from bacteria growth.

Due to the current events in sanitization, I did NOT see 1 hand sanitizer from the time I walk in the lobby to my room. The doors must be touched, no sanitizer, check-in no sanitizer, elevator no sanitizer. A hotel that was previously stayed at had sanitizer at every touch point in the hotel and even at the automatic doors the enter the building. Once we got the room, it wasn't as nice as it looks in pictures, no deep soaker tub in the room, does have a regular bathtub tho. Sofa was broken and was sitting with an angle, toilet could barely flush its own water, bed was so wore out in made noise every little movement. We really looking forward to staying in this hotel when booked but was really let down.

Nice and clean. For the most part good service. Only thing I would work on is the customer service over the phone. When we arrived at the airport we called the hotel for directions/instruction on where the shuttle to the hotel was located. The staff member was short on the phone and gave wrong directions.

The beds only had 2 thin sheets on it. We had to ask for extra blankets. There should be a comforter on the bed.
