I received an early check-in which I appreciated, but the room had an odor to me. I was told they would spray it as opposed to relocate me. They said they had done me a courtesy with early checkin. The intent to make me feel ungrateful? Just the wrong response. Also, there were a stack of plates (not mine) on the floor outside of my room door that stayed there. The rooms are dated. I work in the hotel, cruise line hospitality industry. This hotel has always been a favorite to me and I love the location, but I doubt I will book there again.

Rooms were outdated and I don’t think it’s worth the price. Obviously the rate you pay is more of the location. Renovation is currently happening though.

It was in a nice area. Nearby a lot of attractions. Only issue was that there was no cold water for the shower in my room everything was hot ! Even the toilet water was hot. Luckily I had a group of friends staying in the next room to shower in.

power went out on Valentines day at 2p. We were told it would be on in 30 min. it remained off till out check out the next day at 11a. We were without electricity for an entire 24h period. The hotel was a crazy hot mess, guests were going crazy.

Hotel overbooked. Somehow a room I had bought two weeks prior was given away. But I will admit they found us another room, but they did make me feel like if they couldn’t find one I was going to be SOL. Parking was horrendous, not sure why you have less parking than rooms but we ended up having to just force our car into spaces that were not spaces. Checking out was okay, but our card for parking was shut off, had to call parking, wait for him to verify, then come and open it up manually. Staff you check in with were friendly enough, they do their jobs and we watched them get yelled at by an irate customer, but they held their composure, and helped him best they could. Do wish the staff was a little friendlier but it’s not a deal breaker. Room we were moved to was nice, got a lizard visitor during our stay but it’s Florida so no complaints. Overall, it was an okay stay, nothing special, a few headaches, and good enough service.

Location and view are great! Seems rundown and overrrun by single night cruise guests. Restaurant is NOT good.

Staff was pleasant and very helpful. People stood outside the check in area to keep things moving and to address questions. Gave us all water while we were waiting.

It was very clean and efficient. The staff was great and helpful starting with the valet when I drove up to the time I left needing a cab. The building is a little dated. Though they have a nice coffee shop off the lobby my wife prefers Starbucks so I got drenched in the rain to make her happy.
