Helpful crew nice place to stay

We arrived at 11 PM and the lobby doors were locked. That was fine. We rang the ring doorbell and they did not come down quickly. Took five minutes. We were outside with two small kids and we were tired from our trip. The next morning we realized that our toilet was completely clogged. We knew it could not have been us because we hadn’t been there long enough. Needless to say, it overflowed & made a mess. When we took showers before leaving, There were not enough towels for 4 people. We had to call for more. The shower door leaked, so much it went out of the bathroom & into the room. the door was closed tightly & I know this was not our fault either. The next day after spending the day out we came back to the hotel and there were fire engines outside. Alarms were going off and we were told that the hotel was being evacuated. We decided to stay out for another hour until the coast was clear. That same night, the fire alarm went off again, this time at 6 AM. My two small children were terrified as we had to scramble out of the building in our pajamas. No fun. No explanation from the hotel staff at all, about either of the alarms. Lastly, the next day after spending a day out at the beach, we came home to shower quickly and go out to dinner. Housekeeping removed all of our toiletries. They did not leave one bar of soap! We had to call down twice for them to bring us more. It delayed us another 45 minutes, while our friends waited in the lobby for us. We will not return.

I was not aware of extra fees that had to be paid. Pay for one night up front. To Change to a double bed there was a fee and charged for a double. I have never been to a hotel where you have to pay to change your room(I have been to many better hotels). For the money we paid it was awful and not worth. I feel there should be a refund (if not all, half). I will not recommend this hotel to anyone that I know.

To have more access to parking. Also get better internet service.

Beach access and health club are located across the street. Convenient despite other negative reviews. Had a great time at this hotel with the family. Can't wait to go back. Great location.

I did not link the entrance to the hotel. The lobby and the bar seem to be too close to each other, like they were the same room.

The only ok thing about this facility is that it’s in a quiet area if that’s your preference. I would rate this boutique hotel 2 1/2 stars. The rooms are extremely small. There are no amenities in room, no fridge or microwave . And who wants to go to another hotel to use the gym. The food in their dining area is extremely overpriced. I paid $5.00 for a tea(taxes included) The check in/out area is on the 3rd floor the same room as dining area. Very small pool no more than 5 people can actually swim at the same time. The hotel is not on beach so it was about a 5 min walk to beach to use the Loews Hotel chairs and towels. We were a party of 4 but was told we were only allowed to have 2 chairs and two towels which was insane. It was 101 degrees and they know you have to get an umbrella. This was just to exploit us to pay for an additional $49.00 out of pocket for 1 more chair and and an umbrella. Now be prepare to pay $40.00 per night for valet parking when you can find parking at other hotels for $10.00.

Very nice and clean place, l like the views from my 8 th floors. Would recommend friends 😄😄

When a guest wants to change their room type from what was initially booked, there may be a difference in cost as different rooms have different amenities such as the number of beds, size of the room, etc. We also have limited numbers of each room type available which affects the rate they are offered at as well.
