Bathroom to small and dirty.

Clean and staff were excellent

The room and location were great. Check in was easy. Parking... overly confusing. Would have rated higher, but I was continuously given an invalid parking ticket and couldn't leave the property. When asked for help, the entire staff answer was "not my problem". Almost made me late for my flight. Very poor attitude by property personnel. Disappointing.

The technology is amazing and location is perfect.

The hotel was situated in town downtown and relatively close to everything. U didn't like the shower head's. They were rusty and needed to be replaced. The water pressure was low when taking a slower, probably because the shower heads were rusted out.

The bathroom wall next to the toilet paper holder had some brownish stain and no housekeeper except for every third day even though we asked to have our room done specifically because of the state we got it in. I found the front desk not well trained. I’ve worked at a Hilton property as a night manager of the front desk and I’m disappointed. The waitstaff and bartenders were a welcome delight however so I appreciate that at least. Doorman a younger man was very rude to us when we got lost in the ballroom area, treated us like we were trespassing and was short with my husband when asked how to get to the skywalk to go to the Marriot across the way. They also forgot to note our anniversary which we specifically called to add to the reservation.

I love the staff! They were all very welcoming, accommodating, and pleasant. The thermostat in the room didn’t seem to work to change the temperature, but we were able to turn it off when we were cold so I did not complain. The water pressure is low in the shower and the pool is very small to have so many rooms in the hotel. The pool area also needs new patio cushions because they are very worn or to change out into the regular pool seating is fine too. They need more seating at the pool and a larger pool area for sure. Some of the guests couldn’t find seating for a while and had to place their things on the sides. We did not have to, but as a guest I would be upset that I had nowhere to relax or place my things comfortably.

Everyone was very professional and the food was very good

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was nice and loved the precautions that were taken during Covid to make sure each guest had a stay that was healthy and and both clean

The hotel was in a great location and had a beautiful pool and lobby. The rooms were spacious with amazing views of the city and water. The only downside was that this hotel is only cleaning rooms every 3 days due to COVID. However, the staff is very accommodating and friendly. All my requests for towels and other required items were taken care of quickly. I would stay here again if the hotel offered daily cleaning.

I asked for a late checkout and was told by maria that no i couldnt due to sold out rooms, she didnt even hesitate to look or find a alternative she right away said no that we have to leave at normal time. Worst hotel ever especially for the price we paid all this money and you get treated like trash

Property was clean for it's popularity. Easy check in after a 10 minute wait for Superbowl weekend. Conveniently located downtown Miami,minutes away from the beach.

I love the staff! They were all very welcoming, accommodating, and pleasant. The thermostat in the room didn’t seem to work to change the temperature, but we were able to turn it off when we were cold so I did not complain. The pool area also needs new patio cushions because they are very worn or to change out into the regular pool seating is fine too. They need more seating at the pool and a larger pool area for sure. Some of the guests couldn’t find seating for a while and had to place their things on the sides. We did not have to, but as a guest I would be upset that I had nowhere to relax or place my things comfortably.
