It was nice and the beach was right on site. But just like every place they change my room without asking and I didn’t get my view when I payed for it.

I liked this hotel, the jacuzzi and pools were amazing. I stayed in the penthouse which was kind of disappointing. I thought for a Hilton the rooms would be much nicer. they were kind of run down in my opinion. Also, it was incredibly difficult to get our room cleaned/ get new towels. on the bright side you are a two min walk to the beach. Dont try to get a receipt for your stay.. its a dead end. I've called 4 times and got transferred to a dead line each time

This location was beautiful when we arrived. When we got to our room it was down hill from there. The main door did not lock. The balcony door did not lock. Maintenance did come to fix the doors. After that we found feces on our sheets, yes poop! They never came to change the linens after they said someone would be right up. We waited two hours before going to the front desk to find out what was going on and we’re only met with rudeness from the front desk attendant. He said we’ll get to you tomorrow because it’s busy today. Eventually they just dropped off linens and wanted us to clean the poop?! Horrible!! I am Hoping for a refund after we spent 1200 on finding an alternate hotel because this was not a condition we could stay In for Our whole vacation.

We stayed at Hilton Cabana in Miami Beach from April 18-22, 2021. We landed and came to the hotel to do preregistration at 12. We never received a call or text to say our room was ready. We Waited in line for hours and finally got checked in around 6pm, 2 hours after regular check in. When we finally got a room, we paid for oceanfront but didn’t get an oceanfront room. We had to go back down yet again and tell them we paid for an oceanfront room and then got moved to another room. On top of that, the fridge didn’t work and took 2 days to fix. The room had no towels, ice machine wasn’t working and we requested housekeeping services to clean our room and fresh towels and that didn’t happen until we asked again. We called guest services, room services, operator and no one ever picked up. To make things even worse no parking or valet parking was ever available, we had to find off street or public parking every night. To make an already bad situation worse, I was charged an additional $400 which I was told was a system glitch. How does that happen?!?! We paid for a nice hotel with what we thought was a good well established brand name but what we got was the worse hotel service We’ve ever seen in all my traveling years! They never picked up any calls when I rang the front desk so do not expect great service!

Overall, our stay at Hilton Cabana was okay. The highlight of the property was the pool and beautiful view of the ocean. Otherwise, the front of the property was under construction and we went without hot water during the first day. The staff neglected to notify us of the matter during check-in and we were welcomed to a freezing shower. After complaining, we received a credit but the staff should have been forthcoming with the info. In addition, due to COVID-19 we did not have room service and had to constantly request trash pick-up, fresh towels and toilet tissue. Which was the last thing I wanted to be concerned with during vacation.

No hot water, toilet clogged, hidden fee on my payment, charged us more than regular price, customer service rude from vallet parking, furniture hold and rusty.

From the valet attendants, to front desk staff, the housekeeping, restaurant, pool and beachside, everyone went out of their way to serve us and make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

What we most liked about the property was its facilities. Coming from a midwestern state around Christmas, using a heated pool and jacuzzi was just heavenly. Being only steps away from the beach hugely enhanced the experience, too. It was super fun to alternate between hanging out on the beach, playing in the pool, and soaking in the jacuzzi. What we liked least about the hotel was the customer service. We had three females with long hair in our party, so sharing one teeny bottle of hotel shampoo and conditioner and two towels was a non-starter, particularly since we spent so much time on the beach and in the pool. We had to frequently replenish our toiletries and supply of towels. When we called to reach the front desk, they would not pick up the phone. Attempts to reach the concierge were similarly unsuccessful. So we would walk down to the front desk every time we needed help. There would inevitably be a line to wait in before getting helped. A big waste of time. Another problem: when we checked in, they asked us if we wanted our room cleaned each day, or whether we wanted them to just clean on request. We asked for it to be cleaned each day, but after two days of our five day stay, they just stopped cleaning. We talked to the front desk to ask about the problem, but for the last three days of our stay, our room was not cleaned. This place needs to get its act together: pick up the phone, have more people at the front desk, and clean rooms if promised

Great customer service! Valet guys are nice and friendly.. rooms and entire hotel is very clean! Have a great view! I stayed here like 10x this year.. I will come back next year.. I highly recommended this hotel! Hands down!

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS HOTEL. I had items worth over 10,000$ stolen from me. They broke into my room while I went to dinner. They stole my laptop, phone , shoes , and my my jewelry. I DO NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy. Police report was filed! I hope this place shuts down , as it should !

I didnt like the amount of time that is required for refund on the rooms. We werent told about the amount of the resort fee until we got there. Make sure the total is up front.

I was blown away by the attentiveness from the front desk. Dana went out her way to make sure I would make the most out of the 48hours My Family and I were there. She sets the bar high in regards to customer service satisfaction, and I could not thank her enough! Kingston also was quite helpful during the Day. The Room and OceanView was as stunning as advertised! Outside of a small wait in Valet, this was a awesome experience and I will book again with them when I fly back in Oct. Id be remiss not to mention how well the concierge Rafael guided us in the right direction with sights to see upon our departure.

Everything was great. They need more elevators, but otherwise, everything was great.

The room was nice. The location was ok. Would have preferred to be closer to south beach for shopping and dining. Not quite walkable. The service and staff’s attitudes were sub-par and not friendly. The hotel has a marketing/policy of “we’ll make it right” - I just wish they’d at least try to get it right the first time. We spent most of our vacation trying to get them to make it right. Not a pleasurable experience.

If possible stay away but if you have already booked do not and I repeat DO NOT try to get an early check-in. My family and I, had been up for 24 hrs before arriving because of an unexpected layover delay. We arrived around 10am, checkin is at 3 or 4pm, they had us wait all that time, while my sisters slept on the couches in the lobby. When we finally got the room, it was absolutely disappointing. Was not clean, and the beds literally rocked away! They had maintenance come up to tighten the screws of the beds! It was an absolute nightmare. The manger thought our complaints were because we wanted an upgrade, telling us "we don't have anything to upgrade you to," where I responded telling her an upgrade is not what we want but at least someone to come up and clean the room! It was awful.
