Everything was close by, convenient

Great location! You get a discount card for all the nearby restaurants which are all good

I specifically chose this property due to the "soundproof windows" listed on the website. The room was very noisy and I could hear the AC units for other rooms on the roof kick on and off every 15 seconds. The doors for each room slam shut and startle you if you are trying to sleep. The staff was accommodating moving me to a room quieter than the first (I could hear the TV through the thin walls in the first), only to put me in a room where I could hear my neighbors as well as the ACs on the roof, doors slamming, and exit stairwell door slamming. Was incredibly noisy when I specifically needed a quiet hotel room.

Close to restaurants and shops.

I constantly needed to ask for towels, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper since they never brought any when they came to clean the room. The receptionist at night was very helpful.

Great location, nice, spacious and quiet rooms. Friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and will be coming back.

I would definitely stay here again!! Very Clean room & Super Friendly staff who were all very informative of local deals & hotel amenities! We only stayed here for our last night in Miami Beach & I wish i had began my trip to South Beach at El Paseo!! *****

The property was conveniently located in the middle of all the excitement. It was very clean & nicely decorated. Though their was a very lively party outside the room was still quiet and quint. I loved being able to walk right into the excitement, or sit on the balcony and look over it. The beach was a quick walk away. This was all topped off with an amazing staff, especially their concierge Freddy, he was so welcoming & funny. The only improvement I would suggest would be not to limit the free beachchair to 2 people. We had a group of 3 & 1 of us had to pay an extra $20 for a chair. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great location, friendly staff, Nice and clean rooms

This hotel was excellent. The hotel was located close to everything, Ocean Drive, Collins ave and the beach is 2 blocks away. The hotel rooms were super clean and have confortable beds. The staff was excellent. They were very attentive with all your needs and questions. I would highly recommend This hotel!!!!

Great location right off the busy Espanola Way. Although it can get a little loud, I can’t say that it affected our visit in a negative way. Being able to step outside your hotel and have over 10 great food options within walking distance was amazing and all of the food we had was great. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area so feel free to approach them with any concerns. The hotel and its great staff made our stay in Miami memorable.

it was very close to important areas and the staff was amazing.

It was a rather disappointing stay. Firstly, I had cold showers right through my four night stay. After calling the front desk on the first night, they eventually sent the technician who says that “this usually happens”. UNACCEPTABLE!!! He kept knocking it then hot water finally came but to my horror it went away 5 mins into my shower. The manager called and suggested that I move to another room but I only had one day left so I declined the offer. Don’t bank on a decent room if it’s “standard”. There is no tub just a standing shower with no doors so the water spills all the way to the face basin area. Bed was extremely low that I felt like I was sleeping on a cot

Location and ambience is terrific....couldn't be better

We had a great experience at El Paseo. The room, although very small, was perfect for our needs, very clean, comfortable and modern. El Paseo met and exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return. The location was perfect - a few blocks from the beach and located on Espanola way - we felt like we were in Europe. We thoroughly enjoyed the added bonus El Paseo provided with a 15% off discount card for all the restaurants on Espanola Way. The food was amazing at each and every one one we tried (except for one, see below). Our favorite was Mare Mio - quality italian foods. Also high on our list was Havana. In all honesty, we were blown away by the high quality meals and the ambience at all the venues on Espanola way. Except for Moshi Moshi! If you must have sushi, don't bother going there. The management was extremely rude to us and refused to honor the discount card that none of the restaurants had any problem with. The ambience and comfort of the restaurant can't hold a candle to the other restaurants on Espanola way, which are way out of their league. The food looks good on the plate, but tasted bland and unimpressive. We regret ruining our winning streak of enjoying all of the restaurants on Esplanola way by going there. Don't make our mistake. When we told the El Paseo staff about our bad experience, they were so gracious and very embarrassed by the rude manager. They offered to send a bottle of wine to our room and vowed not to include them in their recommendations.

I'm looking forward to staying there again next time I'm in Miami Beach!

Fantastic location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff.
