The rooms were very clean and comfortable, but there was no in room coffee maker which is pretty standard in most hotels and was sorely missed here. There were not a lot of dining options nearby, which is not really the fault of the resort, but still weighed in on the experience. The worst for me was that I witnessed a dying bird in the stairwell. It had obviously been there a couple of days, eaten its own eggs out of desperation, and then died. It was a pigeon so there must be some rather large opening that allowed it to get in. It was very disturbing for me to see. Please find a way to prevent birds from entering your facility and dying.

This was a very nice resort and location. All staff were very friendly and professional. I would go back and I would recommend it. However, there were a few things that could have made it better. For one, 2 of the restaurants were not open/never opened. I'm not sure if this was an effect due to Covid, if they hadn't yet opened their doors again. Another of the restaurants, only open on the weekends, is very, very expensive. We didn't end up eating there. Actually, because of the lack of dinner options we Ubered out to some local restaurants each night that we stayed. For breakfast or lunch the food at the options available were good but still pretty pricey. One martini at the hotel bar costs $23.00 and drinks at the pool area average $15 pre tip! The only thing that would make the pool area better would have been a swim up pool bar :-) The jacuzzi wasn't inviting. It could have used a good cleaning and it didn't seem to work. Other than that and overall not much to complain about in sunny Florida!

Good

This place was amazing

Additional charges, costly parking, rooms not cleaned thoroughly (mold and hair in the shower, mirrors not clean, carpet stained throughout the room)

Very nice property at great location between Miami Beach and Ft. Lauderdale. Service is good.

Great resort for families! We never felt “crowded” and the kiddos had a blast! Food is a little pricey but the portions and taste make up for it!

Don’t waste your money. I will not stay here again not happy with service

Very very nice property. State of the art art amenities.

Amenities were rundown. Check-in took too long. There were only 5 people in front of me and it took about 30 minutes to check us all in. Staff working in valet and luggage were rude and careless with the luggage. There was a Nespresso in the room. However they provided 5 decaf pods and only 1 regular pod which was very disappointing.

Overall great stay! Place is not brand new but I think they are doing a decent job keeping it up.

Very clean,,,updated facility. Great beach and fabulous pools. Expensive to eat and drink. Would rather have had free coffee in the room instead of an espresso machine.

I was on my honeymoon and I found a condom in my room
