The beds were a bit small as they are fulls and the hotel is outdated and the lock did not work at the top of the door . It was missing however everyone was extremely nice and helpful

Staff was great. I didn’t like that the room was only cleaned one day out of 4. The towels were very small and they were very stingy with them. There were employees smoking marihuana near our room one night. There were mosquitoes in the room the first day. Shower was not good. Location is great, right next to the beach.

I just think it’s

The rooms where pretty big. They were clean. Everything worked properly and the stay was pleasant. Nice staff and friendly atmosphere. Mins from beach.

I paid for queen size bed , I didn’t get it . No towels , baby pillows and the worst part the room wasn’t cleaning every day. The staff in the morning very rude and unprofessional

Polite staff Great location short walk to the beach

Location was great but the staff/service was disappointing and especially one staff member on the evening shift was quite rude and not very hospitable when I checked in. Took a couple times to finally get him to explain the parking and give me the parking pass for my rental. He also made a sarcastic comment to me about my name when I stated my first name in English he asked if it’s pronounced the English way or Spanish way and when I said either or but the English way is how it is, he said to forgive his ignorance in Spanish and with a sarcastic tone. It was a ridiculous and bizarre moment. Quite rude actually. That was my first impression checking in, tired from traveling with my disabled mother. Customer service was not good in that sense. The room was decent, somewhere to sleep and for the price, deal and a short period of time (3 days) it was alright. The day shift staff was better. The maid was very nice and helpful. My only complaint mainly was the staff member who checked me in. Awful tone/start to my short getaway trip with my mom. I didn’t allow that to spoil it but as a front desk personnel he should have been much nicer and not so rude. Should have been excited to greet customers and that at least there’s business that goes towards his paycheck. Many can’t say the same. It’s a stressful time as it is and the last thing someone needs is to go on a trip, paid for with hard earned money wanting to have a break from stress and issues and have that type of greeting.

I love this nice and quiet spot right across the beach . Best place ever , will definitely return !

Liked how the staff was, didn’t like that they had roaches in their facilities where we get coffee and near the lobby l.

The price was right....The beach is just across the street and lots of great restaurants within a half a mile.

The hotel looks much better in the pictures. The front of the hotel when you first walk in is run down and in need of some love. The parking is $15 per day and i had to ask about it. Then you have to wait for someone to let you in by getting out of your car and pressing a buzzer. Nothing special but not the worst either. I didn't see any bugs and you're only 20 mins from south breach.

Ms. Ambar is a lovely person and profesional. She welcome to me like a family, this is the 5th time I was in the hotel and always enjoy my vacation

the hotel is really a motel style. The staff was pleasant. I loved that there was a parking lot. wasnt far from the strip. The rooms were clean and i would recommend people to stay but i would not call it a HOTEL. it was a decent stay i can not complain at all.
